Some of the strike zone calls this year have even Angel Hernandez like 🤨. Truly egregious. And if you complain you get tossed by the guy? The challenge system seemed to work in the preseason and then it was scrapped for further study or whatever and Manfred is now hinting it will be in place next year. I say bring on the robo-umps! The Hawkeye system can make split second calls in tennis for the past 10 years. No reason they can’t make it work for baseball. 🖕the umpire union protecting these thin skinned pigs.

I watch or listen on radio to a fair amount of Red Sox games.

In most sports these days the refs have as much say as the players playing in the outcome of games.  Basketball is almost unwatchable with the ticky tacky calls and the garbage in football is even worse. Besides pitching much of baseballs calls are spot on I find.

    Good news and bad news:

The bad news: He'll be in prison soon

The good news: He won't have to worry about money, room & board.

The other good news is he will be allowed to conjugal visits.

Bad news is the only one allowed will be “Big Dirty” Bubba Franco whom he owes his family several hundred thousands.  And it’s a standing weekly reservation.

I don’t take joy in anyone’s unfortunate circumstances regardless of what type of person they may be or portray to be. I wish that brother the best, hopefully he can find some happiness in his life!

He has caused so many issues for other people without any remorse for his actions. Pain, suffering, financial, property damage, the list goes on and on.  He’s scum and deserves everything he’s getting.

  4. Good. He’s a AHole of epic proportions.

enough of the CTE garbage.  He’s a moron and a scumbag and always has  been. This is just a by product of giving someone with one functioning brain cell and zero character tens of millions of dollars.

he can take his shirt off and dance through the Wegmans parking lot when he’s told not to place the Eggs on the bottom when bagging groceries.

I wish him all the worst.

One of the best 5-6 year runs of all time for a wideout.      Given his career stats I imagine he still is a fringe Hall of Famer.   Just depends on if the writers and the league want him in.    Look what they did to TO, and he wasnt a criminal.

Less than 0% he would ever make the Hall after all of this.  He ended up a total disgrace to the game

lock him up and forget about him.  He’s trash and has hurt more people than most likely ever reported.

  6. I’ve seen them numerous times live and always a great show.  Just plain fun!

and the Beach Boys Christmas album to this day is a must to enjoy the season. Great part of my childhood

  7. It would be kinda nice if Diggs drags down NE for a few years forcing them to miss on draft picks and make cap casualty decisions.  He continues to be a douche and puts up mediocre stats while being a media nightmare.

    One can only hope

my animals have had cool names and they were all inspired differently

I had a cat named FREEBO after Bonnie Raitt s tuba player

I had a dog named Doobie after the Doobie bros

I had 2 brother tuxedo kitties whom were are and IRREPLACABLE

Ive yet to own more cats.  The badass one with neurological deficit was Handsome, his baby meek wimpy 2 pound less weight brother was Guapo

Angel was a white boxer whose name I changed from the rescues given name Cracker. How rude

we had Ali and Lickie Billie 2 more boxers. Ali was after ahem the boxer of course. Lickie Billie was a rescue with a tragic backstory (owner committed suicide) Good Lord. He loved to lick

Bella was a black pittie who when adopted were told was a "Boston terrier mix" PFFT

Pumpkin is my last pet and she is PERFECTION in canine form. Her name came up on family vote. She is a full fawn pitbull white chested Gorgeous dog. the calmest most gentle dog I have ever owned. she does NOT pull. She and her son were rescued together from Coachella Valley animal services. They were both adopted within the rescue.  DNA test on the son showed he was a purebred Staffordshire terrier 3 generations. Holy cow that is Rare. Unless a dog breeder . Who bred my pumpkin who knows how many times and NOT treated well by all the scars on her body. **** that previous owner. She is the QUEEN now and spoiled rottenly by moi.

the only thing she doesn't like iswhen she hears coyotes. she will low level grrrrr just out of nowhere,. a LOT of coyotes around here.  they howl in canyons all around my house here in socal

Wow.  Some serious pet loving.  Well done!

  10. When my daughter was young she was at a competitive swim camp called Peak performance.   After the weeklong camp when we picked her up she saw an ad to come “ pet the kittens” at a shelter.  So we went to pet the kittens and came home with a dog!  Sold us hook line and sinker.  She named her “Peak”  after the swim camp.  Peak is now 13 and the best dog we have ever seen. Tons of energy but super gentle and playful still at 13.  She has been helping patients at nursing homes since we got her and if she sees someone in a wheelchair or using a walker she is their instant best friend.  She’s amazing like that.

  11. We had a solid 1 acre of mow-able grass in Westchester and I used a 21” EGO push mower.  Would take two battery charges and I had multiple batteries so quick switch was key.  It even had a headlight on but so could now into the evening.

Gave it to my buddy when we moved and my new yard was small so invested in the ryobi system.  I liked the eGO better in general but for the money the ryobi isn’t far behind.

they are both so quiet and I beat the crap out of them and never an issue since 2016 with the Ryobi.

  12. I hope he goes full Antonio Brown. I miss the news media crazy stories-makes the offseason so much more fun.

maybe he’ll sleep with Brady’s girlfriend too, or better yet Brady.

that would make headlines and answer some questions

  13. Diggs is nothing more than that really hot girl you date but realize you get sick of her sh$t and “she leaves you” because you just need more.   It’s then a rinse and repeat for her until her looks and body age.

Diggs is one team away from being annoyed Pamela Anderson.

  14. Probably stated earlier but this ends the Daboll experiment in NY.   Can’t see him lasting after what will happen this year.  Wilson will win you 6 to 7 games with this roster.   He may get you eyeballs on games for the first 8 or so.

  15. We have a regular barber goto.  It’s about 100 yards from my house, but we’ve been going there years before we lived near by.

food is very good New England fare and they have about 20 beers on tap.  We know the staff and treat them well. Lots of regulars and some great conversation etc but if your reading a book etc your left alone.

It’s like your favorite pair of slippers going there.

as for eats:   We get a Caesar with a few twists and sometimes Wings-which are quite good.  Not traditional exactly but really good.

great Burger too but that’s a twice a year treat

That’s interesting. I love my beef on weck, but I’ve never had fries with gravy, and I wouldn’t even know where to go to get it. I’m not sure if I’ve ever even seen it in person. 🤷‍♂️

Fried and gravy is amazing.  Fried need to be firm but not greasy
