  1. Its not luck that we are getting these turnovers (im my opinion)

Well... it is sort of both imo. They are well-coached in the fundamentals of stripping/pinching at the ball. I notice the Bills doing it most plays. The luck comes in that it comes out and bounces into our hands. We DO feast on turnovers though!

  2. Thanks guys, I've been working out again. Lost over 30 lbs. A friend just passed away a couple days ago and really hit me hard. Just seems I'm losing everyone I love. I'm just taking it moment by moment and day by day.

A TON of good advice on here. You working out goes a long way to help alleviate depression. I tell my patients to start off their plan to recovery with 1 eat well 2 sleep well 3 exercise and 4 connect. Stay strong and understand your mind can be your biggest enemy as well as your biggest support.

  3. WHY WOULD WE REACH OUT FOR Cousins or Jimmy G when we have Tyrod Taylor???!!!?????

I just cannot comprehend this thinking, I recently spoke to a Giant, Jet, Raven and Bronco fan. All 4 are very knowledgeable fans , with very high football i.q's, each one had extremely high praise for Taylor. Saying they would "love" to have him as their QB , and view him as one of the toughest QB's to defend in the NFL!

Hey JerseyBills... first off the context of my comment was perhaps that is what they are thinking. I was not supporting this. IMO, draft and mold a QB into the system. It was just a thought what they MAY be doing.

Secondly, I don't know if you realize this but your point being supported by 4 random fans of 4 teams with their very own crappy QBs does not make them experts on the position. IF anything, it weakens whatever argument your trying to make and it makes it look juvenile. Moreover, IF one compares it to various front offices that have devalued Taylor via contracts etc. you would see they have a drastically different opinion then 4 dudes on a barstool. I would hope to think front offices (GMs et al.) have a slightly higher "football IQ" than your random chosen fans.

  4. Bills forever spinning their wheels. Create holes just to have to fill the created holes.

    There is never any progress

Now need another DT in offseason so instead on one you now need two.

    Need a plethora of WRs

    Still need OG likely two

    A QB

RB is also a big need

    DBs still a need

    Toss some LBers in there.

Sounds like MOST NFL teams in the modern era.

  5. I can't help but picture Gugny smirking over this thread like a little child who farted in a crowded elevator. He truly must enjoy the life this thread took. He must have known what he did. The only baffling thing is how has this thread not been closed due to having enough of the Bolden threads already as well as the racial underpinnings.

  6. 3 blown plays in the TB game. That also took the defense to 4th in points allowed.

Point is I hope it is not the beginning of a trend.

I gotcha... sorry I thought meant as of late in totality. I am still curious how we stack up on big plays. I still relish in the fact we are 4th best in scoring against in the league.

  7. I agree with most of that. But contracts are not guaranteed. The Bills could cut him at any hour, without notice, or reason for that matter, and he doesn't get that contract. And he can walk away, too, at any time and he doesn't get that contract. Which he did. I think he let the Bills down. But I'm trying to look at it from his perspective.

I agree. However, once again, he could have negotiated a signing bonus that buffers against what you said. I think the Bills are meeting him halfway - the are allowing him to look around and find his worth. Worst case scenario for Bolden is that no one wants anything to do with him IF it includes a commitment on their part (an asset to be sent to Buffalo). He is a 15 year veteran with TONS of accolades.... I can not sell him short with Anquan not understanding the business side of football. Also, what is Sammy Broke his leg 2nd preseason game and THEN he retired with the same sense that he thinks the Bills are hot garbage now. Does that change things for him or others? Still wasn't (speculatively) what he signed up for. It is just too much of a slippery slope- thus a contract that both parties sign free from coercion.

  8. And he thought I no longer have two of the three or four things I signed up for.

I understand the greater point you are trying to make... the work conditions changed, perhaps, to his dissatisfaction. However, outside of that just being speculative, it was never something he demanded nor "signed up for" aka put i his contract which he indeed signed up for. IF he wanted those conditions that badly he could have had a funky "no trade clause" (concerning those two) in his contract. As far as we know he didnt. Therefore, he broke a valid contract. Most of us have signed up for something then perhaps have had buyer's remorse and had to stick it out - just is life.

  9. Where did you see that word before you just typed it? It certainly was not in the original post. Stop making this into something it isn't.

Actually your original words of your opening post lead to it - "unchained" "oppressed" "unjust" and "property." Those words are what lead many to show you were referring (slavery) to the situation. You DO NOT have to use a word to describe it. It is akin to me saying "furry" "pet" "bark" and "man's best friend" and getting appalled someone THOUGHT I was referring to a dog.

  10.

I feel that the Bills are treating Boldin as "their property," and it's unjust.

They should just unchain him and let him go to whichever team he chooses.

Does Gugny = Al Sharpton? I mean really. I am not all PC and all but truly words like "oppressed" "property" and "unchain" sounds like you are looking for Civil War reparations at the worst or trolling at best.

BTW... it is a contract signed by a "free man" so, in turn, he needs to honor it.
