Time just isn’t working in our favor in these close games. Can we get a stop one frigging time come on
-
This team never wins a 50/50 ball it’s unbelievable. There’s no way at this point you can bring McDermott back after this year I’m 100% done it’s not going to happen with roster it’s not going to happen with this regime we have gone as far as we can with this guy can’t get a stop when we need it when it’s all on the line we get shredded over and over again

Are they actively trying to get McDermott fired? Maybe we can actually get a big play down the field this drive

Listening to Diggs presser. He has a level head around Dorsey. He also seems the most upbeat about it from everybody I have heard.
I do wish the reporters would have the balls to redirect the question around his brother based on his answer. "You will have to ask my brother about that, because that is how he feels"....OK dude, how do you feel about your brothers thoughts on Josh Allen? Do you feel the same way?
He hasn't really walked the statement back...at all...
"Does it matter how I feel?"
"Personal feelings are personal. I am a professional at the end of the day"
This is where things always get so messy. He didn't say anything controversial. All in all this was a decent presser. But he also seems to consistently refuse to put this issue to bed. It is why he gets asked about it so often. Because things happen. He acts a certain way. Or his brother tweets about certain things. And he never ever just says "no".That’s what I thought too. He didn’t say he disagreed with anything his brother said, just only said to ask his brother about it. All had had to say to put it to bed was, I believe in Josh and I want to be in Buffalo. He didn’t say either of those things. This will be an issue again in the offseason and either beane or the new regime will have to handle it. Is his contact truly untradeable right now? Because things are clearly headed for a divorce

No I don’t think so. Appreciate what he’s done but I think we’re all realizing now or should be realizing that we have gone as far as can with him. He is an upgraded Marvin Lewis. Thats OK, it happens. Now will pegula be smart enough to realize it is the question? He might give him a shot to get out of this mess. You have to remember that beane will most likely have to go too, they are a package deal. I would be shocked if McDermott were fired and beane wasn’t as well

I'll offer a counter bit of speculation here: the idea that Allen "hired" Dorsey was way overblown. The evidence fits that Allen was okay with Dorey being promoted but there is no proof that I've seen that Allen advocated for him over say another highly respected and talented O coordinator.
Again this is pure speculation but maybe all McD offered up to Allen was to promote Dorsey and Allen was "hey that sounds great". So what would McD's motivation be for wanting Dorsey promoted rather then bringing someone in from outside One Bills Drive? To start with Dorsey is going to be a lot more pliable to doing what McD wants then some outside OC who would only take the job with some promises of having autonomy in play calling and offensive design. You know someone who would be like DaBoll and be a thorn in McD's side. McD's recent public comments about his view of what the offense should look like and how it should compliment his D supports the notion that the last thing McD wanted was an ornery, independent thinking OC.
McDermott isn’t going to hire someone that is going to upstage him. He has to be in control. All the time. He knew that Dorsey was someone who wasn’t a real threat to him.

Needed a change but that is so predictable by McDermott. Throws his coaches under the bus. How bout firing yourself Sean after that all out blitz on 3rd down. This whole thing is unraveling

Probably not, it’s just going to delay the inevitable. Coaching is bad, too many injuries. Talent is questionable. It’s just not there. It might even get worse. It’s time for a reset because other teams caught up and we got worse and we have somewhat of an aging roster with nothing to show for it and no cap space
-
Get this entire regime out of here it’s over and beane probably knew it too and that’s why he sold his house

Rapp out of position again too. He sucks

Let’s continue to showcase a 33 yr old running back. This offense is broken
-
Not too thrilled about giving up a 3rd for a 29 yr old corner next year, but he is a solid get for us

Benjamin was this regimes biggest deadline move to this point picks wise
-
That’s a heck of a trade for the giants. They’re going nowhere this year and need all the ammo they can get
-
Yes absolutely. Josh was in command with the up tempo and calling it at the line. Dorsey got more diverse with his calls and broke out of some tendencies particularly the rpo stuff when it looked like our usual run from shotgun. But we do not play well when we take our foot off the pedal, it’s happened time and again with McDermott. It should’ve been a big blowout win and instead we were almost a third straight game with the ball at the goalline with the game on the line. Just baffling
-
How did Josh think that play was good at the line you could hear him say were good. Playaction bootleg right into the blitz unreal

Eagles are giving up a fifth, sixth, and Terrell Edmunds for him. That’s dirt cheap.

Well. Put Jones, White, Milano, Oliver, and real Miller on the field, and the D is dominant. Five out of eleven missing. It's not time to tear it down. It's time to scratch out a wild card berth and just be glad for that, and draft well next year. The serious concern is aging. Poyer, Hyde, and even Milano are getting up there, and Milano might not be back by the start of next season. But the offense is NOT getting old and should be much better than it is.
Well that was part of my point. Key guys aren’t getting any younger especially defensively and we have no real identity on either side of the ball. You let soft ass Mac jones go right down the field, a team that was 1-5 and going nowhere. Division or not, this was a joke of a loss for a supposed contender
-
We had a nice little run, it’s almost time to revamp this team if we are being honest with ourselves. We are still a mess offensively and the defense can’t get a stop most times when we’ve gotta have it. They won’t let mcdermott go during the season but it’s probably time. Pegula is going to have to let beane go too because beane is not going to fire Sean, they are a package deal. These are my angry and depressed thoughts right after this game

I don’t think Josh was really trying to score there

Maybe we should be sellers at the deadline instead of buyers. We are not that good honestly. We will be lucky to make the playoffs

Cook did this last yr in New England too. The checkdowns will probably be there for him all day.
