I've seen two interviews now where Josh has stated that the thing he laments the most is the loss of his privacy when he goes out around town.  I know we are a celebrity driven culture, and compounding the issue for Josh is that he seems so down to earth that I think people feel comfortable just walking up to him to say hello and asking for a picture.

It would be nice if we as a fan base could make and effort to give Josh and other Bills players some space and privacy if you do happen to see some of them out in town eating dinner or shopping or at a movie.  I think in the Kelly era, Bills players were able to move around and do things and still have their privacy and that is something that they always appreciated and cited as one of the reasons playing in Buffalo was so enjoyable for them.  It would be nice if we could get back to that place again.

If you do see someone like Josh or Knox or Diggs out, try to give them some space.  Let's try to repay their dedication to our city with some personal space.  When you talk to other Bills fans bring this up and maybe we can make a small difference for the guys who play hard for us every week.  This board reaches all across Bill's Mafia, maybe we can start something here that will contribute to our players enjoying their time in Buffalo more and give them another reason to want to stay here.

I'm in total agreement with you but I don't think the people that post on this site are the ones that need to be reminded with your sage advise.  One of us doing such an annoying thing like that, however unintentional, would be inconceivable.

Yep. The rain seemed to make him "aim" his passes like game one and two, where it was more like pushing darts than really slinging it.

He was still efficient at QB and hugely capable. But I'd like to see peak Josh show up against the chiefs, and I think conditions that prevent or discourage him from really putting some heat on his throws are less than ideal.

I'd like to see the Josh from last season vs Denver and the Bills defense from week two of this season.

I understand that Mahomes is the darling of the NFL, but he and Rodgers are the most smug, arrogant looking players in the league and I love to watch that look wiped off their faces. Hit him and hit em hard. And, if he tries some no look or shovel pass crap, hit him harder next time.

When Mahomes is not looking, hit him with a shovel.  Hard.

So did you hear, the Bills want a new stadium in Orchard Park, or they are going to leave for San Antonio....

    Or so the story goes.

Things got more interesting recently when UB Athletic Director Mark Alnutt made it known UB is interested in pairing with the Bills on this venture. His conditions are that it be on or proximate to the UB North campus. Where the cost would be close to the same as Orchard Park, but the UB community would have walking access for game days.

Of course maybe, with the right package, SUNY could be tempted in pairing up with the Bills for a downtown stadium and this is a negotiation. Negotiation strategy is not my thing, Conrad recently had some interesting throughts worth a read.

So here’s my thoughts on the matter.

If the Bills bring their A game they win the Super Bowl

If the Bills bring their B game they go deep

    into the playoffs

If the Bills bring their C game they are fringe wildcard team

If they bring their D game they miss out on the playoffs by end of December

Moral of the story…this season is about the talent the Bills have then it is breaks for the teams their competing against

Moral of the story...a grade of A is much better than a grade of D.  Stating the obvious, for a friend.

Agree, if Allen plays like crap again this week there are no more excuses. It will be time to accept that he's simply not good and behind closed doors in Orchard Park there will be serious buyers remorse knowing that he had a fluke year during the weird fanless covid year.

Washington has a good dline and but has struggled mightily overall and is lucky to be 1-1 right now. And even if they were a top defense Allen played extremely well against many top 10 defenses last year and has to show that again given his contract. Really hope he can turn it around and come out firing.

  7. I'm at a beach rental house out here on the Oregon coast; it's crabbing season at Netarts Bay.  We had a pretty good haul yesterday but all of it was used up last night for crab cakes.  This morning for the game, it's gonna be Labatt's Blue, carrots & celery with Marie's blue cheese, and Buffalo shrimp.

    Blasphemy.

    Absolutely disgusting comparison.

Antonio Brown should be a 1st ballot Hall of Famer. A 3-level route-runner who can get open short, intermediate, and deep. Runs the entire route tree. In his prime, AB was the 1b to Julio Jones 1a as far as Best WR in the game.

John Brown is a one-speed runner, one-dimensional deep threat who can only run like 3 routes, and can't make contested catches at all.

It's truly incredible that just 2 years ago, John Brown was Josh Allen's #1 WR, and people acted like Josh had a good supporting cast (LMAO). The truth is, even in 2019 (Year 2), Josh Allen truly had one of the worst offensive supporting casts in the entire NFL. Bottom 5 in the league.

    Josh Allen's Top 3 WRs in 2019:

#1 WR - John Brown. Can't even make the Raiders roster 2 years later! (pathetic)

#2 WR - Cole Beasley. UDFA slot-only complementary receiver.

#3 WR - He didn't even have one! His #3 receiving option was rookie TE Dawson Knox, who was downright brutal.

    ^^^Bottom 5 weapons around Josh in 2019.

Josh Allen's 2019 season is under-appreciated by the ignorant, false-narrative-creating media. He dragged a bottom-tier supporting cast to double-digit wins and the playoffs. Josh Allen's peers even ranked him #87 on the NFL Top 100 after 2019 - the guys who faced Allen recognized that he was clearly a good QB after his 2nd year, putting him in the Top 100. The narrative that JA was "bad" his 1st 2 years is the dumbest, laziest, most ignorant take that the fake news media keeps pushing. They act like that garbage take/narrative is true when it clearly and factually is not.

The "sneaky sleepers" at WR near the end of fantasy drafts are the 3 Bills WRs after Diggs.

Beasley at his ADP, Sanders at his ADP, Davis at his ADP.....all great values.

Must take advantage of the market inefficiency of the Bills #2, #3, and #4 WRs. The whole fantasy community is undervaluing all 3 guys.

All good points which I agree with.  However, every time I see the phrase 'fake news media', ugh.  So tired of that phrase.
