Hester before Tasker is a real travesty

    I agree with this.

But, there will never be another Devin Hester.

Mainly because of all the rule changes in the kick/punt game.

The man was in phenomenal shape his entire life.

Of all the 70s and 80s Hollywood celebrities his physique was amazing. Clean, natural look. Great genetics.

Folks keep talking about Josh running out of time to win a championship.  Here’s a link to ages of all SB winning QBs:

Lots of older guys, some younger guys.  I think the average age is around 31.

So he’s got plenty of time.  He will likely not be as much the runner, but that’s OK.

    No, it's not.

We got a good look the first 10 games of the season watching "neutered" Josh and it wasn't pretty.  Josh is at his best when the threat of him running is always there.  Taking that away makes defenses breathe easy.

    Allen

    Mahomes

    Big Drop:

    Burrow

    Rodgers

    Herbert

    Stroud

    Goff (in good weather)

    Stafford

    Hurts

    Lawrence

I see it this way as well but I'm not putting Josh over Mahomes. I might put Stroud over Herbert and replace Lawrence with Love who I would place over Hurts.

  5. This past season when the powers that be tried to change and pull the reins on our QB we crapped away over half the season. Honestly, if Dorsey just stuck and got creative with the run game more often instead of abandoning it so soon in a game and didnt discourage Josh from running he probably would of yielded similar results to Brady.

Let Josh be Josh. He's the most durable and physically imposing QB in the league. His prime years shouldn't be wasted trying to bubble wrap him.

The Bills need WRs outside of Shakir. Real 1 and 2.

The Bills actually need a defense heading into the playoffs, not a ragtag, pulled off an RV group of guys.

Allen is not the problem, especially in the playoffs..his supporting cast is.

I agree with this. Unfortunately injuries are part of the game and sometimes you just need a little luck on your side.

It’s weird how other teams can freely hire top talent at the coordinator positions and we have to depend on our HC and the guy behind the OC we fired. Even more weird is how people don’t see this as a problem.

Maybe we can interview Fangio. I've heard he's a top talent DC.

  7. It's been 32 years to the day since Wide Right. January 27 1991

    I've been a loyal fan since 1981.

    Have followed every game since.

As a 24 year old I was on my knees praying to the good Lord when Norwood lined up for the FG

Cried like a baby when it sailed right.

Broken, but confident they would bring one to Buffalo because of all the talent they had on those teams.

    Still waiting faithfully.

What will I do? Cry like a baby like it was January 27, 1991.

  8. Hyde is done. Older, slower and his play has diminished quite a bit. His play in the Philly game sticks out to me

Poyer was one of the few on D that actually played well against KC but is older and gets nicked up more often due to his aggressive play.

I'd sign or draft our FS of the future and bring someone in to compete with Poyer at SS until we move on from his final year.
