Those idiots don't realize it's a safety concern and not a deliberate attempt to rob them of home field advantage.
Their stadium was deliberately designed to scorch the visitors sideline during 1pm games.
I can guarantee you no one would have complained if BOTH teams endured the same exposure, but that's not the case is it?
They cry about Buffalo in December 😭
At least when teams come to Buffalo we all are victims to the same climate and conditions. Players, opposing players, fans, etc...
That's the difference..

Good to see someone at NFL scheduling with sense. All Miami home games in September should be at night.
At minimum 4pm
1 hour ago, FTLBillsfan said:Does that mean we should plan on a 4PM game at the Rams or Seahawks week 1
There's no way the NFL would schedule a team to play Thursday night after playing 4pm or later that Sunday, right?
It's gotta be 1pm

Enjoy drinking in all the tears from Finheaven.com!!
That diminishes home field advantage a bit. Boo.
Buffalo dodges another 1 PM kickoff in Miami.
The disadvantage here is getting Josh Allen early in the schedule while he ducks the 1PM humidity AND potentially Chubb and/or Phillips. Chop Time.
Get them at their place to end the season too I'm betting.. nfl def giving them the advantage
After all their whining, it will be a LONG time before they schedule Buffalo for a 1pm game in September in Miami
Just wanted a 1pm scorcher for them.. you know we'll get a blizzard there again
big crybaby is again rewaded
They'll still have something to complain about.
I figured the schedule makers would mitigate the Dolphins early season home field advantage by making this a night game. Im sure we will play the Bills on the road in December or January.
So they'll make us play in Buffalo during the thick of Winter. Watch.
September night time humidity can be worse than during the day. Less wind, dead stagnant air. Bills ***** will still complain
Some of you guys really feel like the NFL is always out to get us?? That sounds the same as Buffalo complaining about the heat. Line up and ball the NFL doesn’t have it out for the Dolphins imo. A lot of threads devolving into conspiracy theories lately
the bills complained about the heat so the NFL makes it a night game of course

I live in Florida, but its an easy answer that I would rather live in the Buffalo area over the Detroit area
I also live in Florida and I also would prefer to live in Buffalo over Detroilet. I'm kinda envious that a dump like Detroit can still support 4 major sport franchises.

Instead of the hometown discount, these guys are getting the "sorry for living in Detroit" bonus!😁
Let's hope Buffalonians aren't throwing stones at Detroit.

That being said, Goff is a very good QB. I'd say a tick above Tua. 😂

None of the above. I think the Bills are investing in Youth at the WR position with Kincaid, Coleman, Shakir, Samuel and Claypool. I doubt they are going after a veteran WR...may be they will look for one with speed..but other than that this WR group is set for the next 2 years.
Kinda agree, but it would be nice to have a WR in the room with some "vet savvy".

Lampanelli is great, I agree. Amy Shumer would have been good as well.
Nikki Glazer absolutely slayed, however.
Nikki was incredible! Savage! Her material, timing and execution was amazing. Great set by comedic standards.

Eagles have maybe the most stacked team in the league with Hurts' contract and not one but two WRs making huge money.
Maybe the OP meant SB "winning" team. 🤔

I think what bothers me the most is his arrogance and sense of entitlement because of what he's accomplished, whether you feel it's deserved or not.
I wish he and others would realize that it was a perfect storm as to how his story turned out.
I mean where would he be if Chicago took him instead of Trubisky?

Sure he’s probably a little faster. He was also just cut by a terrible team and had a 48 Pff grade last year. 34 Pff the year before. I didn’t know grades could be so low.
pff obviously just Pff….. but it sure seems like he’s toast. There are people that will tell you he was in the wrong scheme.

He'd be stupid to leave now. With Hollywood and Worthy taking the top off keeping safety help way back (and drawing phantom PI's) he's gonna cleanup the short/ intermediate routes even more.
This is a problem...

Not even trying to be cute or sarcastic or call you out individually. Just giving some perspective on expectations.
I think we all agree we'd love every pick to be a superstar, especially our 1st rounders. And Beane needs to start hitting more homeruns than singles and doubles.
But being good and consistently picking in the 25-30 range is a much different life than picking in the 7-12 range like we were all used to for so many years.
The Edge guys from 2021:
#12 - Micah Parsons
#18 - Jaelan Phillips
#21 - Kwity Paye
#28 - Payton Turner
#30 - Greg Rousseau
#31 - Odafe Oweh
#32 - Joe Tryon-Shoyinka
Outside of Micah Parsons, I'd argue Groot is the best of that bunch. And even AJE could compete for a spot at the top of that group.
Groot is a solid starter that is still improving. Hopefully that keeps going. AND we wont have to pay him the contract Parsons is about to get.
Valid and appreciated. 👍

The #30 overall is a better version than the #54 overall selection, but not as good as the guys selected in the Top 10.
shocked pikachu face
Cute, but can you at least agree he hasn't developed into what we all would've hoped?
Plus your logic stinks. TJ Watt #30, Chris Jones #37, Trey Hendrickson #103. All top pass rushers drafted at 30 or later.

Not mad. Not surprised. I like the guy really.
But, I can't be the only one who thinks his career thus far has been average at best.
He's been a better version of Epenesa, which BTW isn't exactly high praise.

DJ is $10M on the books for the Panthers.
He was traded to Carolina (CAR) from Pittsburgh (PIT) with 2024 7th round pick (#240) for Donte Jackson and 2024 6th round pick (#178). Now, Donte may have had some value for the Stillers but he was likely going to be cut in Carolina, and he signed a restructured $6M deal with them after the trade, so he didn't have a TON of value.
So maybe without Jackson to dangle, could we have gotten him for a 4th or a 5th and 6th?
In hindsight, is that a move you wished we pulled the trigger on, knowing what we know about Diggs now?

I don’t have access to a tiny fraction of the data Beane does. I run IVF labs. It would be like having folks here tell me I’m wrong about what embryo to transfer when they haven’t even had high school biology.
The comparison is valid, though I would think many here have more football knowledge than knowledge on how to make a tadpole find an egg.
Just saying.....

No way to really know, but I do feel if they really wanted him they would've gotten him either via Bills or some other team.
Didn't want Worthy personally but I'm a little concerned with KC acquiring him. Having him and Hollywood Brown is really gonna draw a lot of PI calls down the field in favor of KC.
At least a lot more than the usual Mahomes "bail out" penalty
