Actually, there is very likely a clear-cut protocol when medical professionals assess a hamstring injury. I don’t think your anecdotal evidence plays into this. Like I said in a previous post. If the medical staff cleared him to play that absolutely means they have also assessed that the likelihood of re-injury is minimal.

tell Kevin Durant that!  I’d be cautious, it’s early in the season.

From the Far end ECC Lot I head in by 12:15 and get to my seat in plenty of time.   You never know what you have at the gates.

I like to be seated before the National Anthem starts.

Did you get caught in much traffic leaving ECC?  I need to get home early this weekend and thinking of parking there to be on the outside edge of the traffic.  I’m heading back to the peace bridge after the game.  How much is ECC this year?  Tailgate any good?  I know it’s across from Hammers, but we bring lots of gear so we’d set up wherever we park.  Thx!

  3. Hey.  Does anyone listen to the game on the radio while at the game?  I brought a radio to the opener and the feed must be delayed on WGR 550 maybe 10 or 15 seconds.  Made it impossible to enjoy.

I’m guessing it’s intentional so listeners can sync up with their TV feed if they wanted to.

When I go to raptors or leaf games in Toronto, the arena offers an in stadium radio broadcast frequency with the game in real time.  Do the Bills offer that on any frequency?  If not, it would be an inexpensive option that would enhance the fan experience.

  4. I’m from Toronto, but have bills seasons (I have a passport ... can’t believe that’s even a discussion point!).  The games at skydome we’re dreadful.  I’ve been to other NFL cities and orchard park has so much more atmosphere, it’s worth the extra drive.

I think if buffalo got a dome, it would neuter the whole experience.  Argo games and jay games got much less atmosphere once they were brought inside.  Football is meant to be experienced with the elements if you ask me.

I’d also be leery of the seat cost if they built a new stadium rather than renovate - I don’t think Buffalo can absorb premium pricing and still fill the stadium.  I think current pricing reflects what’s realistic.  If the Bills could charge more they would.

Sightlines are great at new era - way better than many stadiums as it was clearly built for football.  A new stadium would probably put a couple rows

of boxes in between the first and second decks, which would really push the distance from the field back if you sat upper bowl.

I really hope they just renovate.

This is absolutely the best avenue for those of you looking. Typically roughly half (if not more) of the games are sold out prior to going on sale to the general public. You either need to buy through the ST pre-sale or a 3rd party if you want the opener or any other game with high demand.

That pre-sale starts on April 29th.

Are you sure it’s April 29?  I have seasons and for me it’s May 1st, but it could be staggered based on seniority.  I’ve had seasons for 5 years.

From my experience, (I’ve had seats all over that stadium) you may be going too low. It’s great to see the players up close, and great when play is in front of you, but you miss route development and formation deficiencies.

i was on the fifty,Bills side for two years about 12 rows up. Met a lot of celebrities and players families there but really couldn’t see the play very well. I ditched those for seats higher up.

Im happy for you. You’ll love them at first.

Oh well.  I hope they are good.  Sure cost enough and I thought rows 15-20 or there about was the sweet spot mid field in the lower bowl.  I was row 24 on the 30 last year, and liked it a bit lower when we checked out the views.

Anyways - it’s done so we’ll see in the fall.

  7. Well, I took the plunge a little deeper today.  Moved from visitor side 110 row 24 at the 30 to home side 133 row 16 at the 42 (so it appears).

    Should be quite cool.

We have 3 and was hoping to increase to 4, but would have had to move outside the 30's and higher up, so I made the switch to 133.  I've liked being on the visiting side - you see a different team every week which is neat, but should be fun to sit on the home side as well.  Also - maybe a couple times a year we can't use the 3rd seat, and I think these new seats will be easier to flip at less of a loss.

Should be a pretty awesome view, I'm stoked.  Even the 110 row 24 were very very good - but this will be even better.  I will miss the sun on the visitor side though on those cooler days!  The flip side is though on a couple occasions in the dog days of August/September we did sneak into the home side to get into the shade - I guess each side has its benefits.

  8. Grrr

They are geoblocking.  I’m not that technical but when I use a VPN and put myself in the US, it works (I’m in Toronto).

They must cookie the phone or something - cuz when I was in for the game yesterday it wouldn’t work either but right now works with VPN on, doesn’t with VPN off.

I was in Pittsburgh for the game a week ago and it didn’t work either, I only tried the VPN today.  I guess that’s what I need to do.

I miss tunein - I bought the pro version so I could record shows like the post game and listen from the start on the way home.  Seems like Viacom has really locked things down in this app and well never get the recording option back.
