Logical fallacy. No one here could name Sean McDermott in January 2017.

We've already seen 8 years of evidence from McD that he wont get it done. That beats any fear-based fallacies you can come up with.

McDermott did a great job turning the franchise around. But we've hit his ceiling, and have been hitting it since 2021, and are wasting the career of the best player in Bills history.

He's the type of HC who can take a 4-13 team to the wild card round. He's also the type of HC who takes a 14-3 team to the wild card round.

His whole motto is "Playoff Caliber", and that's what we have. But now we need "Championship Caliber".

    If you say so.

I specifically named Sean McDermott as the head coach that I thought we should hire, take it or leave it.

This fear of another drought is insane to me. The goal has to be the Super Bowl, anything less is loser *****. McD and Beane are never going to get us there, they both have serious deficiencies in their respective jobs.

The ultimate goal is to win a Super Bowl, obviously, but you don’t flip a franchise for the better with “serious deficiencies”.

Show me your master plan that guarantees Bills fans that they won’t have to worry about another 10+ consecutive seasons of not even reaching the playoffs, if replacing McDermott and Beane?

Go ahead and name your sure-fire HC and GM candidates along with your proof that they will garner the same respect from our players and keep the well-documented camaraderie alive.

I’m not sure exactly who or what you hold as responsible for this franchise’s turnaround, but feel free to let me know.

  3. Go ahead, start acting spoiled, get your wish, and wait till our asses go right back to being basement dwellers.

Keep McDermott and do something about the O-coordinator, if anybody.

I placed a bet on the Bills for the first time ever two games ago, it included James Cook touching the ball 16 times.

    Think he did?

    Nope.

And then I read a write-up on TBD today about the Bills baffling usage of Cook, so I know that my anger wasn't unfounded or completely inspired from losing out on the bet I placed.

Made me think for sure the game was rigged because it made zero sense, but then again, maybe the O-coordinator is just not a very wise person.

We've gone from being dynamic to mundane in the span of two weeks.

And who's bright idea was it to come out of the offseason without a real threat/ complement to Keon Coleman (whose selection I still at times question)?

We've gotta stop with the stupid offensive playcalling, act like we run ***** in our division again, and hope to the stars that the defense catches up and looks respectable at the very least the rest of the way.

Team McDermott unless this thing we've got implodes.

I have been listening to All-22 breakdowns of the Saints games from a few sources not just my favorites and it seems Ryan Van Demark had a really solid game.

I made some snap judgements about his play during the game and taking it all back and eating my humble pie.

Seems that all in all the kid did a great job out there and I am glad for him. With Grable on IR we are a bit thin with quality depth with our swing tackles and he was an ascending player not that long ago.

Always a good idea to never trust your own eyes.

I’m not talking about losing the game and no opponent should be taken for granted but….

If the game is in hand and there haven’t been any turnovers, should the Bills lose a fumble on purpose to end their streak of games not losing the turnover battle?  To me, yes.  Why:

1 reason against is it would be nice to keep the streak.

2 reasons for include both proving we can win games even when we have more turnovers and also every week we don’t lose the turnover battle increases the odds that the following week we will.  It would be far better to have that happen now than against a team like KC.

Yeah, only buy from trusted dealers.

  6. Damn, I forgot all about Harrison Phillips, good times.

    Y'all remember Justin Zimmer?

Looking back at all the forgotten names makes me realize how much time has gone by, and brings about the feeling that we've got to get one soon because we're running out of time.

Was looking today out of curiosity and a couple of things stood out to me.

Deone Walker, youngest (21) and biggest dude on the team.

Our 2024 Rookie class is as young as our 2025 class with Bishop and Coleman being only 22, as is Hairston and Sanders.

Christian Benford is only 24! Wow.

    Oliver is only 27.

    Bills Core:

    OFF:

    Allen - 29

    Cook - 25

    Shakir - 25

    Palmer - 25

    Kincaid - 25

    Dawkins - 31

    Brown - 27

    DEF:

    Rousseau - 25

    Oliver - 27

    Sanders - 22

    Bernard - 26

    Benford - 24

    Hairston - 22

    Bishop - 22

If we can somehow keep this band together, we have a long window ahead of us.

The biggest risks I see are offensive line continuity in terms of being able to pay everyone, but hopefully the reserves can be mostly plug and play.

We can't keep everyone of course, but if a few of the 2024 and 2025 draft picks can really excel, this Bills team will be better than ever.

    Go Bills.

You forgot McGovern, he's kinda key in the offense, and I think is only 27.

Bills still have O-linemen Tylan Grable and Sedrick Van Pranger on the roster. I liked what both of them showed a lot. They might be up there in age by the time they're actually needed to play starter minutes, but the good news is that OL have longer NFL lives.

  8. I can say that Thursday has come and gone twice this season without me realizing a game was on until the next day when guys were chattering about a bad loss having taken place.

Thursday is just a weird day to be playing NFL football in general, it gets more strange when forcing people to login to a company's website that you associate with ordering music from in order to catch it.

Nope, I can wait three more days.

I’ve been the only girl among a pack of boys most of my life both in my family and my neighborhood so I learned to fight dirty. But I don’t think a kick to the stones will take down McD. Thankfully I also think he would never ever fight a woman so I’d win by default. 😂

Do you kick girls in the stones too?
