We all agree Josh needs to be better at taking the "short stuff" to improve, but how many times did what's bolded above actually happen last year?
I'll hang up and listen.
You are correct. Sarcastic hyperbole is difficult. Josh needs to do
a better job of controlling his velocity on short passes.
Does that work for you?

Benji helped those stats a lot. So did Josh’s 99 mph fastball from 5 yards away. With Benji (and a new group of WRs) gone and a year under Josh’s belt I am pretty confident things will be different this year...I hope.

Do tell. How do their playing styles resemble each other in any way?

I think they both start on the ends with Ford inside. Rumor has it Ford is a run mauler with a weakness in pass protection and he's undersized. I'd rather pair him up with Nsekhe on the right, allowing the bigger journeyman to take care of the top pass rushers in the league.
McDermott will be mixing and matching with so many new, versatile OLs.

I think Dion benefited from playing next to Incognito and Wood in 2017. Last year he was on an island of incompetence and suffered for it...just like our running and passing games. I will go out on a limb and predict that Dion rises from the ashes this year.

That is a terrific write-up Gunner. The best I have see or heard so far.
it was highly unusual that I got 5 out of the first 10 right although 1-3 were almost no-brained, so there is that.
i love our opportunities tonight with so many first round talents still on the board. I am intrigued by the possibility of White and Williams playing at CB but don’t think it will happen. Risner, Ferguson, Metcalf, Ford, Brown, Taylor...this will be so much fun to watch it unfold.

Apparently, Beane & Co. have their eye on one or more undisclosed players. Although he is content with staying put at the 9th spot and drafting the BPA, Brandon is willing to trade down if he feels the opportunity to improve the value of the new first selection is better than the value of what would have been the original selection. Now the target of either the original first selection or the new draft position, whichever it turns out to be, will be determined not only by the possible trade partner, but also, and this is critical: the order of the selections before the Bills' original selection at 9. My source will keep me updated with any new information and I will pass this along to all of you, post haste. Go Bills!
All of this makes perfect sense, source or no source. Keep ‘em coming and we shall see. At this point I believe everything and nothing. That keeps it very interesting.

The saying is typically “break a leg” but to honor our great Bills Mafia it will “break a table...and possibly a leg”.

She did a good job in the NFL Network Mock Draft the other day. Her picks made good sense and were well articulated.

How many days would it take to replace Ralph’s statue in front? The over/under is 10.

Punt me in if he is there at #9. Otherwise Sweat or Hockenson. If Allen or Williams fall then all bets are off.

8:00 tonight on NFL Network per their schedule.

I have heard more than one analyst compare him, or at least his potential, to Moss. I am comfortable trusting Beane’s due diligence. If it turns out to be Metcalf, so be it.
But if it turns out to be Oliver or Hockenson zon, I will be a happy guy.

It is pretty humorous that his defense team is now saying it would constitute pornography. Not sure how that can be if he didn’t do anything.

Hockenson or trade down, if possible. Someone will want White or one of the QBs in this scenario.

Whomever the Bills select, there will be teeth gnashing and cries that it's the best/worst pick ever.
Does that count as bold?
How is a certain outcome considered a bold prediction???♂️

I haven’t read the whole thread but I can almost guarantee it isn’t a pure BPA argument. Hypothetically, let’s say Kyler Murray is the BPA on their board at #9 and there are no trade partners. Does anybody actually believe we would take Kyler? Not likely IMHO.

None of this amounts to a hill of beans. The only thing that matters is who is BPA in the eyes of McBeane.?

I agree with that but I do maintain his velocity is a bit too much on shorter passes. I think a better OL will allow him to get his feet set and. Improve the accuracy.
