You know, I really hadn't seen it until you described it.  You're right!

He is most likely to become the answer to prayers.  And when prayers start getting answered, Josh is unbeatable.

Of course all of this Keon will dominate talk is most likely wishful fan-think, and the reality may be uglier.   But however it plays out, ultimately I think you're right - Josh and Keon are going to be a pair, the main event.  The others will be role players in the big show - Kincaid and Shakir and Samuel.  Even if it isn't a big deal in total yards over the season, some of the plays are going to be big plays.  Whether he knew it or not, Josh has been waiting for a guy just like Keon.

Let's be honest, he's no Lynn Swann, however, he's a workhorse and he'll push for the extra yards.

I'm looking forward to the energy that Coleman and JA will bring to the field every week......they'll feed off each other and create something special.

    Two things:

First, the nice thing about Coleman is his best attribute(s) are related to his natural athleticism. So, while he might not be a focal point at the start of the season, he CAN be useful on the field day 1 playing what I would call the "Gabe Davis" role (ie the X receiver who blocks, runs a limited route tree and uncovers on scramble drills). I think his ball skills compared to Gabe give him a chance to be an upgrade in that role from day 1.

Second, I think the Diggs targets are going to Kincaid, Shakir and Samuel (or maybe even Hamler works his way into the rotation). 12 personnel, for example, takes lot of pressure off any outside receiver.

Eventually, maybe Coleman becomes a force...but I think just asking him to win in the redzone and on scramble drills, pick up some YAC in the quick pass game, and do a half decent job as a blocker is all he really needs to do to help this offense be efficient.

Which is exactly what FSU asked him to do, so the transition for him from college to the NFL won't be too great.

Pong led to PAC Man led to Galaga, our favorite by far on date night.  I still want one in the basement, and then I remind myself of how rarely anyone goes in the basement.

I can only envision the tactics to get lured to your basement..........it puts the lotion in the basket, comes to mind.

I think that teams that believe the Bills can't get deep will be looking at the backside of Samuel, Shakir, Coleman, and Cook.   I think receivers are going to be crossing all day long, with one or another slipping deep on various plays.

Someone will go over 1000 yards.  Samuel, Shakir, Kincaid, or Coleman.  Three others will get between 600 and 800.  Cook and Knox will add a few hundred yards each, and there'll be miscellaneous other guys contributing.  Allen will get comfortably over 4000 again this season.

I watched some interesting stuff on NFL network a couple of weeks ago. They were talking about the Bills WR needs for the upcoming draft and they mentioned that the only real time the Bills had any success at the backend of last season was through slants, crossing routes, etc and you know, the more game footage i watched, i couldn't even argue cause it looked like they were spot on........so i expect a heavy dose of middle work every week.

He already has $10 billion. What's he going to do with another $10 billion? You can't spend that much in a lifetime and he's an old man. I'm guessing owning the team brings him a lot of joy and notoriety.

I know a lot of people who own businesses that could sell and retire but then nobody will know or care who they are so they sit in their office and just enjoy being the "big guy." There's definitely more to life than money, especially if you already have enough

I just sit in my office being the "little guy"......and i don't enjoy any of it.

People saw how KC won it all when they started a bunch of rookies in ‘22 and think that’s the norm when it’s really an anomaly. Outside of KC I can’t think of a team that can achieve that in the current NFL.

It might be just a little more than that.......it might have something to do with a fantastic QB, a HOF TE, an excellent D, etc.

More important than football, it seems he’s gotten his life together, or so it seems. He never lost talent, and I’m glad he could figure it out to set up a nice life going forward if wise.

The expectation for the Bills should be a championship, but the realistic expectation is a division championship and a second-round exit, as it has been in previous years. I believe it is more likely that Josh Allen will force a trade after 2025 instead of accepting a contract extension here. Even though he claims to love Buffalo, his ultimate goal is to win a championship. There is a reason why Allen did not take the full restructure, so that too much money wasn't pushed to the future, and he could potentially leave before his contract is up.

I'm not saying you're wrong, but i for one, don't believe this.

I have noticed that you have a habit of announcing that you have spoken when you "speak," which is redundant, though rhetorically memorable. I hope it does not become a contagion that results in an unspoken rule. It would be tiresome if everyone who posts informs folks that they have spoken.

    I have spoken.

"I have spoken" means i have nothing else to say and i am done with you.

    I have spoken.

Walking into FSU from Michigan St and basically being the guy instantly is impressive. Big time NIL get and tells coach make me the return man.  Not many players in the NIL, transfer portal world have that mindset.

The guy had offers from close to 50 schools when he went into the transfer portal........that alone is impressive.

  11. Here's the way i see it......what draft position would Coleman go if he wasn't in such a WR heavy draft this year, like let's say last year or even next year for arguments sake?

I could honestly see in this scenario, that he could possibly go within the top 18 picks and being somewhere around the 1st or 2nd WR taken at that point, depending who else was on the boards for WR's of course, but for arguments sake to break it down into layman's terms, he came out in a WR heavy draft which caused his stock to fall because he wasn't the sexy pick.

He's a workhorse and that's what this franchise needs IMO.

Sadly, I think you might be right.   The Diggs we saw on the field and along the sidelines in the second half of last season wasn't the Stefon Diggs whom Bills fans cheered for the previous three seasons.  Maybe he was hampered by some nagging injury that was never revealed or maybe he just slowed down enough that he couldn't be what he was before.  In either case, his frustration showed, and maybe in a new situation, he can regain some of his previous form.

My feeling is that the coaching staff just decided to not make him the showcase and focal point of our O anymore and rely primarily on other guys to fill that role, which had proven that we didn't need Diggs at the backend of last season. I'm sure Diggs wasn't happy about this, and it affected his attitude, which in turn affected his play.

    .......my opinion only.
