  1. I’ll put it this way…. I bet Vegas has our over under 10.5 games. I’m taking under all day if the OC and DC stay the same. Add that in with some of these players gone. Yep. Nothing will change and for some reason they Will expect fans to believe they can compete for a Super Bowl…. Ok. Sure.

    His OC is clueless.

He needs someone to help him out sometimes. Move the chains, take the easy stuff, set up for the big play.

It’s 100% on the OC. The offensive personnel doesn’t help either but this offense is like hamburger meat with zero seasoning and we refuse to use any sauce. Building a hamburger is out of the question.

Vs build the biggest juiciest tasty burger for JA to eat!!!!

  3. He can say what he willl….. but I really don’t think he has confidence in this system, the play calling or Dorsey.

    ”I’ll never question a call”…. PC answer.

“We will work on those areas…. and yeah….” Lol it felt like he just wanted to say, what we were doing wasn’t gonna work, wasn’t working, but I guess we will work on that.

    Its not a good situation!!!

he's pissed because they played like crap and he's a prima donna?

He should be pissed! This scheme and Dorsey can’t figure ways to get him the ball. Pay me millions and I’ll devise plays, schemes, audibles etc. there’s zero creativity or movement. Nothing! For god sake Cincy put Chase in the backfield to get him the ball.  Do something, but we never do. Run the play, if he’s not open go to the next read. BS, do something

Ok I agree Frazier needs fired but we gonna get another DC who runs that same scheme since that is what McDermott likes?..McDermott needs handcuffed to only handle hc duties and have no say in what defense scheme we run from here on out....he is on probation and should be happy to still have a job...dorsey either hired somewhere else or demoted back to qb coach

Like I said…. If he changes both OC and DC, he will promote Washington from DL coach cause he was Carolinas DC and Promote Mike Shula cause he was OC in Carolina.

You know you can see that.

We are stuck and there is no way out. Pegula is not going to get rid of Beane and McDermott.  McDermott has done too much for the franchise and the city to be canned. So we will waste another year on Dungy 2.0 only to come up short again. We are now on three years wasted of the best QB play this team has ever had. And nothing to show for it. Next year will be four and the cap situation will only keep getting worse.

This team needed a teacher and a father figure. Now they need a mercenary assassin. Give Josh Sean Payton or Jim Harbaugh and Bills win the SuperBowl next year.

Its not going to happen so we had just be prepared for another year of this crap. When McDermott says we will learn and grow from this I hope some reporter has the balls to say when do you stop learning and winning instead?

McD needs to grab Reich or even Greg Roman. Set a standard of being able to run the ball with Play Action.

Defensively… it’s just the scheme. Which probably won’t change cause of McD.

Lond story short, Josh Allen can’t win in this situation. Offense sucks, scheme sucks, OL sucks, no real weapons outside Diggs. Where it should be the exact opposite. Imagine JA on the 49ers!

I understand you're upset but the Bills have won the AFC East the past 3 years and won the division by 3 games this year.  They'll probably be favored to win it again next year barring some unforeseen event.

Now how do they get better going forward?  That's a little tricky because cap space is getting tight.  They need some oline help, a WR who can make Davis WR 3, and I really hate saying this they need some beef on the frickin dline.

I’m really not that upset. There has been issues offensively since after the bye week. It’s Dorsey, the scheme, lack of execution, no creativity, Diggs disappears and we no answer.

    Dorsey is not the guy.

i 100% believe this team won’t sniff a superbowl unless the Bills invest in an offensive minded HC and truly build around JA.

right now, everybody on defense seems replacement level. we can't give a huge contract to anybody.

both our coordinators need to go, but it's not gonna happen. i don't know what to say. maybe next year will be better if we are lucky enough to have every player complete the year with perfect health.

Yes. That’s my point. If both need to go which many agree…. Why not just grab a new HC?

What’s McD gonna do? Promote Washington from the DL cause he was the DC in Carolina and promote Mike Shula cause he was the OC In Carolina?

Cause that’s where this team is headed. And McD will tell them to stick to their respective playbooks as much as possible for continuity.

    Thats the recipe for success?

    Huh? The AFCE in question?

Jets— This team can’t pick a good QB if one bit them in the butt!

Phins — Tua is 1 concussion away from retirement and their D is meh at best.

Pats — Have a good D but an O that is dis functional on its best days..

The East shouldn’t be an issue next year, and again the Bills issue is Mahomes and Burrows in the same conference. It’s like Brady, Manning, and Big Ben in the past.. right now the Bills playing the role of Big Ben..

Bills damn near lost to Miami 3x this year with decent QB play. We will see who plays QB next year, cause that position may get even better.

Jets beat us this year, and they are a QB away from being really good. I see them being better next year for sure.

    Pats…. Meh, we will see.

But Buffalo ain’t winning 13 games next year.

I would be shocked if somehow McD was fired after what the team fought through and going 13-3.

You’re probably right. But if that’s the case this team will wait til JA is 30 and then decide to change…. Meanwhile never making it out of the division round with one of the best QB talents in the league.  Until then JA will continue to fight and fans will pray JA can pull something out his butt like we always do.

Get the dude an offense, the players around him and the coach to take it where it should be!

Hopefully Dorsey gets hired to do something else, somewhere else. FRAZIER HAS TO GO. That has to happen, no matter what. Has to happen like tomorrow morning. The players.. I don’t even know what to say. Edmunds replacement needs to be a priority level one. The rest of those sorry excuses for NFL bodies in Bills uniforms are straight up pussies. Pretty much all of them. They got absolutely punked and outworked by that other team in a way I’m astonished by.

I don’t see McDermott firing anyone. Even if Frazier goes. It’s gonna be the same scheme. The scheme needs to go. Same on offense…. That being the case why keep McDermott?

  12. Just now, Billever76 said:

Bean has to fire the entire staff to save his behind....he has assembled a highly overpriced defense that can't produce and neglected the oline......he brought in McDermott and he must now fire him or pegula needs to fire the entire staff and offer the brinks truck to PROVEN HC

Exactly… the feel good story is over. Fans see that this isn’t the group of coaches that will take things beyond the first round of the playoffs. It’s an offensive league that needs a solid defense.

The Bills have potentially the best QB and a top 5 WR, with a bottom 10 OL, a decent RB being ran by Dorsey. It’s not gonna work.

The defense needs even more work.

  13. Plain and simple McDermott and this staff has lost a huge percentage of the fan base.

Beane and this organization will be snake oil salesman if there are not major changes. Josh Allen is to good of a talent to rely on the crap this team is running offensively.

That said there are way more qualified OCs on the street that can step in day one. But I think McDermott should go as well. Love McDermott but I think it’s offense this team needs.

AFCE is not guaranteed past this year. Can anyone honestly say this is the team to beat next year in the AFCE? The Oline needs rebuilding. Morse is on his final leg, Dawkins is suspect at LT.

The defense is bad, Frazier needs to go. But it’s the scheme. It doesn’t work. In the snow, you heard Romo, it doesn’t work. Dline is weak next year, and we are all praying on Von, and who Oliver?

It’s time to just cut ties and see what happens. If it’s not this year I guarantee it will be next year, so why wait.

This is not the staff that will win the organization a championship. Fans aren’t buying it anymore.

Good luck Beane…. If it’s the same staff, it’s gonna be a rough year next year.
