I just got back from dinner out with the wife. I see the score. Was it as lopsided as it appears?

Yes it was lopsided after a missed Texans field goal. 3 points and 7 points on special teams. By the Texans.

The Ravens want to be a passing team, but at their core they are a run heavy team that plays 12 personnel and 13 personnel with a 305lbs FB. To beat the Ravens you need to dictate they aren’t going to run the ball on you. To that end you gotta run 3 DTs and crowd the LOS.

Joseph Jones going to be key. Shaq Lawson is a great set the edge on d-line

So the other day I decided that this looked like a ton of fun and I was going to look into grabbing a ticket online and coming up from Western PA.

We were having a major wind event here while I was monkeying around on the computer looking at different sites for the ticket I wanted (first couple rows of the upper deck, between the 40's) and I hear/feel this big crash.

Go to the window, look outside and the wind has knocked down a small tree, which of course has landed directly on my truck and broken the windshield.

    Wow I'm sorry @Simon

Here last year was awful. I was desperate for 2023 to end 😂.

Hot water tank went, cold water leak underneath tub no water for couple months, my uncle place for 5 months lots of work, worried about friends health, corded wire to jeep. I just kept thinking daily what's next 😂. Some of my favorite sports got hurt. I'm just glad Allen is ok. Didn't affect him 😂.

If you lived thru last year's winter and were south of Williamsville, you would get it.

Last year almost broke me and I grew up here and have lived here my whole life outside of a 12 year period in my college years and the 8 years after. 35+ years.

    In the snow belt areas.

It's simply changing. The heavier storms are becoming more frequent due to the lakes often being at record warm temperatures now and the amount of moisture that can be sucked up and then dumped is directly proportional to the difference between the air and water temperature, which is becoming higher and higher over time.

I'd much rather get 7 feet over 4 weeks than have 7 feet in 2 days and then nothing for the other 3 weeks and 5 days. That's the main difference

Agree with you. Rather have first 7 feet of snow 4 weeks something like that. Rather than hit all at once. Hitting big at once is awful.

Davis gets pre-snap outside leverage and post-snap outside leverage by the corner. The screenshot Einstein posted makes it look otherwise, but it's only because the corner plays catch technique on Davis. The corners head is behind the receiver, but he still has front-side control. I said this in another thread, but will say it again here - Gabe's not running an option route here. The whole concept of the option is to avoid defenders and run to space - that's not what happened on this play. Gabe was leaning into the DB to make him work further outside before cutting back inside on the bang 8. Additionally, and what's not being mentioned, if Gabe's not the first read then there's a zero percent chance he's running anything out-breaking to the near pylon as a single side receiver because by the time the play develops to that point any separation created at the breakpoint has been covered back up by a DB.

Allen tried to make a play - it didn't work out.

    Thanks lots.
