Restaurant owner’s quote from the article:
“I don’t understand what goes through people’s minds. … It’s a fricking tragedy when anyone dies senselessly.”
Kinda says it all
I think the following says even more:
"Pat’s was closed for several hours as police investigated — but the Philly mainstay was soon back in business, and customers lined up for hoagies hours later, the paper said."

They should bar contact until after a team has been eliminated.

Absolutely nothing wrong with giving, but why not give to a cause that serves one's local community or is near to one's personal heart, instead of to an athlete's foundation in the hope of influencing him?
People sometimes need a bit of extra motivation to give. In fact, I'd be willing to bet that the net result of monies given to charity, because of Bills' Mafia grabbing Watt's ear, is higher than if the idea was never broached. Overall the aftermath is a more money to charity, and thus I support it.

Eh I don't know never want to talk anyone out of donating to charity but it is kind of a weird thing to do.
No.

What if we donated and he goes elsewhere, then what? We look like a buncha moronic donating Minions.
Money still goes to charity. What is wrong with tithing for nothing in return?

On that number of targets, all but Ertz broke 1000 yards, and Ertz had >900 yards
Thomas had 610 yds.
I'm not trying to take away from him, he had a good year and played capably
But if he were playing for us, I think we'd be talking about how he wasn't a difference maker at TE, and didn't get enough YAC
I mean, we have no idea at this point if the Bills are going to make him a serious offer
Yeah, in McBeane we trust. But, why not potentially make his job easier, while giving to needy children at the same time? I mean, tithing is also an obligation for many, as well.

Ouch. Not even trading him then. Seems like they could have gotten something for him.
They got more of what they needed by releasing him... goodwill among the players.

Are they bringing in any new backs? I remember hearing they had a couple in after Moss, but no word on signings.

The forearm did hit Mahomes on that Vulcan Death Grip area. I know blows to that area can give stars, and cause the legs to give.

He is right about making sure these charities are more than just optics.

Yeah, this would be an awesome, and d***ish thing to do. Like thanking Dalton for winning, we thank the other team's QB for losing.

He had time because the Ravens actually played afraid of Josh Allen. Ultimate respect. They changed what they normally do.
The Ravens defense only gave up 10 points. I mean, the strategy arguably worked.

If someone gets murdered at a place of business, the employees deserve the rest of the day off after they get done talking to the police. Then again, a Philly does sound really good since reading the article.
