With 13 seconds left, could the DBs have just held the WRs, and taken the time pff the clock, while the rest of the defense gets after the QB?
The gain would be 5 yards and a 1st, but the time would have been burnt off the clock during the play. I seem to remember the Ravens doing that years ago. Was there a rule change to prevent such acts?

Good question, but I'm almost sure I've seen rain in freezing Temps. I thought the "wind chill" was the 0 degree factor. Does water care about wind chill? Haha.

I heard freezing rain.
