There is zero market for this. It’s why TV news is just all bad.
If you want good journalism, you won’t find it on tv.
PBS is pretty good, they just report the news without all of the "takes". BBC isn't bad either.

Did anybody else see Tiger get sandblasted in the face a while ago? That was pretty funny with the wind trying to empty that bunker! 😂
That is basically our weather and the HOA sent landscape crews to get all the fallen branches out of everyone’s yard. I can’t IMAGINE golfing in that, but they are the best of the best.
Living in a HOA is like being neutered... freedom is lost.

That was nuts.
I hate golfing in windy conditions!! People who don’t play don’t fully appreciate how hard that is.
Projected cut keeps going up, I would say due to the wind=rotten scores... it's at +5 now. My man Phil is done for the day at +3 so he should be playing this weekend.

I’ll take Jon Rahm. 🤷♂️
Walking that course a few years ago on a Thursday was surreal. I recently saw they play the women’s amateur tournament there or something (no sound in a bar for lunch). THAT would be the way I’d like to see that course, with fewer people. Yeah, it was cool when Tiger walked past with the crowd and energy, but the magic is in the golf course. Television does not begin to convey the extreme topography. It’s much more than tricky greens.
Pretty sure it's going to be delayed so a Sunday finish could be a little dicey. Have never been there but yeah I'm sure it's a small paradise in person. Closest I ever got was being stationed at Ft. Gordon lol.
"According to Weather.com, Thursday calls for morning thunderstorms, a 100 percent chance of rain and winds hovering between 15 and 25 mph, including the potential for strong gusty winds in the Augusta, Ga., area.
The hour-by-hour forecast says there’s about a 50 percent chance of showers beginning around midnight on Wednesday. The chance of rain slowly increases on Thursday morning, with the forecast escalating to thunderstorms and a 99 percent chance of rain by 5 a.m. Thursday.
Thunderstorms, a strong chance of rain and wind around 16-18 mph are present until about 11 a.m., when the forecast begins to improve. After 2 p.m., the rest of the day will be partly cloudy, with little chance of rain and winds around 17 mph."

⛳ Who do you like? Going with Phil even though the odds are pretty low. But, that's why we watch.

Once you put the word Trans in front of the word Woman you're already saying it's a man no matter what kind of genitalia mutilation someone has had had done.

Was there ever a hold that looked bad? Nope. People are turning holding into some mythical artform. Any idiot can do it. We'll anyone but Romo.
Bass was awful last year but he already signed an extension. He's not going anywhere. Only hope is he gets better.
You sure about that?

I believe that's the 4-pack price. I just go over the border to get mine.
Got it. Their ad is misleading then, says quantity 1, nowhere does it say 4.

Maritime Journalist Shares Early Analysis of Francis Scott Key Bridge Disaster
From his link:
“The vessel notified the MD Department of Transportation (MDOT) that they had lost control and a collision with the bridge was possible,” ABC quoted the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s report as saying. “The vessel struck the bridge, causing a complete collapse.”
She struck the southwest support column at a speed of 7.6 knots (8.7 MPH).Cameras from the Vessel Traffic Service captured footage of the collision and subsequent collapse. The ship’s lights went out twice before the collision, indicating possible issues in the engine room. Despite the quick restoration of lighting, this suggests a full blackout occurred, prompting the emergency generator to restore basic electrical services and lighting.
Without propulsion or tugboats, a ship this size is nearly impossible to stop.
The emergency generator does not connect to propulsion but should support steering and navigation systems but the ships heading appears to have been pushed off course by the wind directly into the support column.
Ships are not required to have tugboat escorts when passing under the Francis Scott Key Bridge so they have limited ability to slow down on their own when they lose power and can not put the propeller into reverse.

You can read Konrad's full analysis here.
So nearly 9mph. I know zilch about shipping and the rules/precautions/regulations but that seems fast to me until you hit the open ocean... then give her the gas. It wasn't a day trip, it was supposedly a few weeks long journey so why so fast in the harbor.

I'm getting tired of Majorie Taylor Green and her theatrics. Our representatives need to have at least a little class. I wish she'd go away.
When I saw the title I read it as you were tired of playing Magic: The Gathering...
Yeah she's too over the top for my liking as well.

I’m sure if he played with SD, he was an exemplary musician, but I was under the impression that SD roatated through numerous session musicians and there really wasn’t a band per se … at any rate, As a collector of 70s era hifi gear, Steely Dan recording are always among the finest recordings you will hear … RIP
They are, except for Katy Lied. Interesting read on why it sounds "muddy".
