  1. I'm sorry, I just don't agree with you. Thats ok. We all have our own opinions. Sure, but even those opinions have often differed.
  2. Convince me otherwise then. Not just a Josh didnt even see Davis and he had to guess. Its obvious Allen seen Davis. He looking right at him while in throwing motion. He puts the ball right to where Davis would be if he continued that route. Thats what I see. The other things I see or think are... why would Davis, while the CB has inside leverage and its an all out blitz run a longer style route by cutting back across the defender. He practically had to plow through him to cut back across. There isn't time for that stuff with that kind of pass rush. Convince me otherwise. You may not and probably wont but I would still like to hear your best argument as to why a receiver is correct in doing what Davis did in this situation. Ya never know, maybe you will say something to convince me. It's happened before. Either way I will at least respect your thought process and opinion. Also on one of Allens ints that was similar to this, Davis did the opposite and so did Josh. You argued that Davis was correct there too. How can Davis be correct on both? By the way, I did change my mind because of your thought process on the other int. Allen should have taken Kincaid and got the first down. So see, it does happen.
  3. I'm not really a big EPA or even PFF guy but when I see these charts on twitter I try to post them here because I know some are big on EPA and such.
  4. I really dont understand how Gunner can keep disagreeing with this. Its clear as day. First, its throwing with anticipation. Ya know the thing everyone complained about before? Also the pressure was there, he had to get rid of the ball. Secondly, it would not have been intercepted. At worst it would have been incomplete because Davis had position on the DB to box him out. Its an all out blitz. It makes no sense for Davis to cut back across. That takes too much time.
  5. I never said anything about being a well oiled machine. The offense has had problems. Some of that is on Allen. Some of it is on everyone else.
  6. you can see in the last pick that Josh can see where Gabe is and it’s also where the ball landed
  7. Thats a fair point. I'm not making a claim that the Ravens aren't better with Lamar as opposed to a backup. Obviously they are. Those losses don't mean all that much to me because sometimes its about who you play and when you play them. Their ppg wasn't all that different IIRC because I looked it up at the time. Lamar has also only won 1 playoff game and their backup was a fumble 6 at the goal line from winning the playoff game IIRC too. Miami was the 2 seed almost all year and flirting with the 1 seed. They ended as the 6th seed wildcard and will likely be 1 and done again too. Anything can happen. I still believe the Ravens team wins more games than the Bills team with backup QBs in a full season.
  8. What I would want to see honestly is a HC change if that happened. I am back on the McD train after faltering after the Denver game. This HC has showed me something enough to get back on it. That was great head coaching over the final stretch. The Bills have no business losing to the Steelers though.
  9. No. You were trying to say that people criticize Cook or Davis or whoever but other people can't call out Allen. I pointed out that Allen touches the ball a ton of times whereas the other guys might see it a few times a game in the passing game at best. The point is... of course their mistakes are magnified. Their percentage of mistakes is way higher. Nothing more, nothing less.
  10. It's not even close
  11. Drops and fumbles. Also as fast as Cook is, he always looks slow with the ball to me. I think he lacks initial burst or something and has to ramp his speed.
  12. Thats the whole point... its cover zero and Davis is out there trying to run circles like he has all day instead of getting his head around to look for the ball. Dude has no game awareness. All he had to do was turn around and box out the defender. The ball was thrown right to where he was. Instead Gabe too busy trying to get cute. He's still running a route and the ball is pretty much intercepted before he even looked for it.
  13. Josh had 78 snaps. Cook might get a couple passes. Davis might get a couple passes. So if Josh messes up a couple plays when he takes the ball 78 times vs a guy that drops 1 of a few passes for a TD or a guy that can't get his head right on a cover zero blitz or trips over his own feet... its a huge difference.
  14. I disagree. That penalty is there for a reason. To keep players from getting concussion. No surprise, Ty has a concussion. You want to talk about ticky tack holding or PI calls, Im there with you all day as long as they are calling it equal, but head hunting I do not. Its a player safety issue. That dude is 100% getting a fine.
  15. It absolutely was designed to go to the rb. You can watch the all 22 on it. Its clear as day.
  16. There is but its only a few.
  17. I'm very happy that KC has to start playing here.
  18. Fins fans are braindead. That "victory lap" happened while Allen was taking interviews after the game. The fans were chanting MVP at the time according to Sal C. Found that in a tweet but it was from another tweet so it embeds two tweets and cuts the picture off, so I just used the picture.
  19. I voted no but honestly it's close. Davis isn't that much better. We actually may be better off with Sherfield on the field though. Too many miscommunication problems between Josh and Gabe. I love Gabe as a guy I believe is a great teammate and friend to the players. I also obviously love playoff Gabe. What I don't love is his play outside of that. Too unreliable. Him and Josh have not been on the same page all season. Most of Josh turnovers are his direction. Sherfield was an unsung hero this past week and had many key blocks/picks. Obviously the whacky TD too.
  20. I agree. We should 100% win this game. Honestly, if we lose I would be back on the fire McD train. Pitts has a good physical team and good coaching but we have a better team and we are at home. If we lose this game then 100% it's on coaching. That said, I have no doubts we win this game.
  21. IIRC because we only have 8 home games we will not have to lose one and travel to London again for the Jags
