Watson. I'm tired of settling for the 3rd and 4th level QBs in a draft. I'm tired of drafting guys that didn't play at big time schools or didn't do a lot of winning. I want the guy that everybody knows as being a winner. A guy that beat the best teams and the best defenses. A guy that instantly becomes the guy, that a common fan associates with your franchise. A guy that is the first name on a strangers mouth when you tell them you are a bills fan. This guy reminds me a ton of Mariota and fits the offense that we currently play. Enough settling for the other guys, and enough forcing guys that don't belong. Go get the guy that will be our QB for 10 years and finally be a real contender. When was the last time the Bills drafted the most successful and famous college QB and had that guy on their roster going into an NFL season? I would say never.
The Bills have on their best poker face. They want Watson and if he's there at #10, I'd bet my house, he's a Bill.

You obviously don't understand arm strength and the NFL. It is not the only thing. What there is is a minimum requirement to play in the NFL and Watson throws like a marginal NFL backup.
Fine. Name one success drafted in the last decade who throws below 50 mph.

I have no clue what any QB throws as far as MPH is concerned. I didn't know this was baseball. I guess Fox and CBS are going to start having a speedometer during the games now? No? Then it doesn't matter.

I'm in the minority, but I like Whaley. I like his ability to find FAs off the street that produce and overall, I like his drafting.
I have no faith in a 1st time head coach to deliver as GM. I hope Terry and Kim know what they're doing.

I lost a cousin to ALS in December 2013. I knew very little about the disease up until that point. It's beyond awful.
I know the money raised during the ALS Challenge actually helped scientists to find a way to slow the disease, but it's not nearly enough. Strides need to be made.
I wish strength for Dwight, his family and friends during this trying time.

You may be right about Tyrod, but I would hope Whaley understands that Taylor is the best option for this franchise in the immediate future.What about whaley says Watson is the pick? If anything Kizer would be more of the mold whaley looks for.
I highly doubt at this point whaley really even makes that call.
Watson isn't 6'4". That's the only thing he's missing that screams "Whaley!"
Watson is a pass first, mobile QB from a big program, that is at his absolute best when on the big stage, and was as successful as one could hope for in his collegiate career.
Deshaun is everything Doug hoped EJ would/could be.

Knowing Whaley, the pick is Watson if he's there. Hopefully Corey Davis if Watson is gone. I can see Whaley liking Mike Williams' size over the more polished guy (Davis), which would be a mistake.
