When Ed went down, I was not incredibly concerned as Phillips was there. However, when both went down, we all knew it was bad news. Ed would be great to have back in the lineup…but a high ankle makes that unlikely this week.
As much as I agree about getting Gabe right, I think where they really missed him when Shakir was in was in the blocking aspect. Khalil really blew it on a few missed blocks against Tennessee.
Players cannot practice if they are in the concussion protocol at all. Good news to see Bates out there, even in the noncontact jersey. Bad news about Gabe, but it could just be getting him some rest to get healthy.
Are you saying that’s Benford or Jackson are JAG’s? The numbers and my eyes see different. Both of them have performed very well in their time on the field so far this year.
I’m not surprised that someone is off with an illness. That heat would’ve really depleted them and their immune system so they could catch most anything.
I can understand Miami being ranked above Buffalo based on the fact that they did win the game on Sunday, but I don’t see them being ranked above Philadelphia whatsoever.
The Baltimore run game is Lamar Jackson. He can be contained and the Bills staff has proven that in the past. The greater challenge is how the Bills react and adjust on their offensive side.
You are definitely allowed any opinion you wish. The challenge this week is that doom and gloom has pervaded the board, completely reversing course on what we have seen over the past few months. It’s beyond rational.
