I’m shocked at how many Bills fans are advocating taking a positional player over QB at #10. It’s as if the Bills franchise were a house with a cracked foundation, and fans are fine with putting in a brand new tricked out kitchen.Are fans feeling really good with a bottom 20 QB like Taylor? If not, exactly where is the future Bills franchise QB coming from if not the draft? Do you not realize that YOU ARE NOTHING without a QB in the NFL?In another thread I laid out how many teams with aging QBs will be jumping into the “drafting a QB” game both this year and next year. Bills fans should be frightened by the prospect of the Bills not taking a QB at #10. The QB landscape is going to get very ugly, very quickly in this league with about 12 teams looking for franchise QBs. It’s already started this year by how many of the aging QB teams are actively looking over this year’s QB prospects.Forget the "big board" rankings, draft a QB.

Zay Jones at 10 would be a fireable offense. Jones is a 2nd round prospect/

We have no secondary. One legitimate WR. No LBs...but we got our fullbacks. Expect the Bills to wait when all the top tier FAs are gone, then there will be activity at OBD. We always do that.

Lighten up Francis. The Draft is so deep you can almost get 1st round DB talent in the 3rd round. Jesus FA doesn't start until 4 and fans are wrist slitting over a guy who really hasnt played that much due to injury the last 2 years.
He's also a guy that shouldn't be playing anymore, given his history of serious neck injuries.

I'd take Gilmore(A CB) over McCoy(A dime a dozen position) any day of the week.
Then buy as many McCoy jerseys as you can find, burn them, and then buy a Gilmore Patriots jersey to wear when you go to sleep at night, and on Sundays when the season starts.

well, one of the greatest coaches in NFL history, if not the greatest, begs to differ.
He's only considered the "greatest" because of the guy playing QB for him. Prior to becoming NE's coach, he flamed out in Cleveland, and likely would have flamed out in NE, if Bledsoe hadn't gotten hurt in 2001.

What is "Whynask?" Is that a word? At any rate, if you, or anyone else on this forum, thinks that you would do a better job managing the cap, put a resume together, with definitive proof from past experience, and send it to the Pegulas. God willing, by this time next year, we will have an average fan running things at OBD.

There is nothing we could have done as fans.....there is a lot Whaley and crew could have done. Like manage the cap better.
How many first round CB's does this make that have walked away from the team after their rookie deal expires?
If a group of fans were in charge, instead of Whaley, would they do a better job at managing the cap?

Don't tell us how much you want him. It's McDermott, Frazier and Whaley who you'll need to convince. So, find out how to get in touch with them and tell them that they MUST draft Vince Biegel, even if they have to take him in the 1st.

I'm guessing he wants the Bills to tank the season, in hopes of drafting Darnold (if he declares).
He and Jeremy White have both been advocating for a tank job similar to what the Sabres did. Two problems with that thinking though: 1, this isn't hockey. 2, even if the Bills did manage to pull this off by deliberately releasing 95% of the roster, Goodell would likely penalize the the team by making them forfeit the 1st overall pick in 2018, and probably even more picks, because they tanked on purpose.
