I rest my case. Low-brow, low-class, an extension of Appalachia. That's all Western New York is.

Is Gerry Matalon from Cheektowaga? Does he have Polish heritage?

God bless the Pegulas. They saved the Sabres and the Bills for Buffalo.
Folks who can only be ungrateful and sarcastic should go root for the Raiders, imo.
Just a heads-up, it's illegal to say anything positive about the Pegulas when it comes to the Sabres and Bills. The only way it becomes legal, is if one of the teams wins a championship.
-
Wow, Bill_with_it bringing the ownership azz kissing threads!
-
Bucky Gleason sent his regards to Terry today.
I imagine Sullivan did too, with plenty of snide comments, and sarcasm attached to what he was saying.

I am an advocate for trading down, SEVERAL TIMES, but the problem is finding trade partners.
We shall see.
Several times? You must really like the idea of watching other teams take potential Pro Bowl/All Pro talent, while the Bills are left with pathetic table scraps who will make the roster as backups, at best.
-
Ladies and gentlemen, it gives me great pleasure to present to you, the First Couple of Two Bills Drive: Thurman#1 and Bill from NYC
-
I moved, and probably couldn't do much worse at drafting then Whaley
Then prove it to us then. Find a way to convince the Pegulas that you should be the one to make the picks on the first 2 nights of the Draft to show that you are, without question, better than Whaley at being a GM.
-
Jerry as been pretty spot on, it's unacceptable that our team as been this bad for this long, we deserve better
We deserve someone from Utica to run the team
-
Weren't you up at Dartmouth when my daughter graduated?
Very well. You tell me nothing.
-
Thanks for the intelligent response. You are a pretty smart guy.
Please answer the question.

That was a great article.
>>>The roster is a monument to weak drafting and short-sighted personnel management. At the end of last season, the Bills had fewer of their own draft picks on the roster than any other team. They had 22 unrestricted free agents on March 1. They had precious few "value" players, young stars who are on their first contracts and help balance the roster.<<<
One of the reasons for the above quote is that Whaley keeps trading away our precious draft picks for little return.
Listen, I don't hate the man. The truth is that he is a lousy, undisciplined, short sighted GM. If he was watching his money he is set for life. Bills Fans deserve a GM who can get us into the playoffs. Whaley will never, ever land another job in this capacity. He needs to be fired.
Remind me, which team did you serve as GM, where they won multiple Super Bowls?
-
I happen to agree with him.
I think most do. The Bills are a joke, and the sunshine fans wonder why the wheels never stay on...
Well, it's kinda easy to see.
Whaley has been horrific, and finally, finally the Pegulas are seeing it, and soon enough, someone will be spraying Lysol in Whaleys old office..
Find yourself in a hole? Quit digging.....
@ChrisBrownBills: Schefter is reporting that the Pegulas, humiliated and embarrassed by this latest article from Jerry Sullivan, are considering hiring #TwoBillsDrive member "George C" to be the team's new, unquestioned, Team President and GM. Stay tuned. #FanPopulism

why?
Because that would mean Doug Whaley is no longer affiliated with the team in any way, shape, or form
-
Didn't say he would be demoted. He could hold the same title but assume different responsibilities.
Who do you think is calling the shots in Jacksonville....Caldwell the GM or Coughlin?
I don't know exactly what's happening in Buffalo but it seems changes are coming. Wouldn't be surprised adding another layer in the front office like Jax did.
jrober would sell his soul to Satan himself for the chance to have Caldwell as the Bills' GM
-
Yeah but Doug Whaley is still calling the shots.
He likes big, strong, athletic QBs who can throw the ball a mile.
I wonder, does Nathan Peterman harbor as much hate for Whaley as you, and other posters, do?
-
Jaylon Smith has nerve damage and his injury was career threatening. Not even close.
I meant that even despite his injury, Jones, like Jaylon Smith last year, is still a top 10 talent. So, if he is there in the 2nd, someone will still take him, even if it there's a possibility that he might not be able to play this yuear.
-
He's this year's version of Jaylon Smith. Which means, as Brooklyn pointed out, that someone (i.e. Dallas) would take him in the 2nd and let him rest up for most of the year.
-
It would never have gotten to the point where he had to answer that embarrassing question.
Look, this is pretty simple. You can't sit there and say that you didn't know your HC, who was about to get fired, was at risk ("in trouble") of being fired. You can't sit there and say that you didn't ask the owner why he fired the HC (without telling you he might be about to do just that??). You can't say "I don't even know what he's in charge of" regarding Brandon. You can't state that the guy you r owner just fired was the guy who suggested his replacement be Anthony Lynn. You can't say that Lynn was in on the conversation to bench TT when Lynn said he was not.
How hard would any of this been?
Well, there you have it. WEO for new Team President and GM! #MakeTheBillsGreatAgain #Fan Populism #Future NFL Executive of the Year
-
Whaley is no where to be seen either. Not common for a GM at this time.
Then why don't you go down to OBD, and see if anyone can tell you what his status is with the organization?
-
Easy, I would have left out the obvious lies/things that would make me look clueless.
So, when Bucky Gleason runs his fat mouth and says "I'm just trying to figure it out what it is you do exactly," how would you have responded? I'm looking for specifics here.
-
Wow, the new coach, who had to have watched Whaley look the fool a few months ago in that disastrous press conference, may feel that he can do a better job putting the roster together than "It Factor" Whaley?
This is truly shocking conjecture....
How would you have done in that press conference, if you were the GM?
-
This. Times 10.
Would you and ScottLaw like to be alone?
-
My god, do you even know what position he is going to be playing? Hint- it's not DE
Yes, I do. He'd be a pass rushing OLB in a 4-3.
