    And who drafts the talent. The GM with a ton of input from McDermott. McDermott tells Beane the type of players he wants and Beane is supposed to go find them. He has done that, it's just that the type of players McDermott wants suck.

    McDermott simply has to go after this season. We have drafted undersized guys on defense and possession guys on offense. Speed kills in the NFL and we don't have very much of it.
