  1. If the Cardinals truly believe they are still a SB contender they would no doubt covet a veteran like Glenn and/or Dareus that fills major holes they have on their roster.

Beane needs to make a move especially if he want's Glenn and/or Dareus gone and I'd take just about any WR on the Cardinals roster right now.

You wanna trade a top 10 LT in the NFL? Do you know how !@#$ing insane that is??????????

    Great switch for the Saints.

  2. I guess this thread may be a microcosm of the issue facing the US. A person makes a seemingly thoughtful comment about a issue that's important to a large number of citizens and while some posts are equally as thoughtful, most are either sarcastic or hateful. It would seem that this issue is a long way from being resolved. I would guess that most here that wrote nasty comments are probably pretty decent people, but for some reason, they have some anger inside them. Sad.

This is the best post I've seen on this forum regarding this topic. Thank you.

Sure, racism still exists. The idea that someone is better/inferior based on the color of their skin is ignorant, disgusting and just plain wrong.

Every person is made in the image of God, and has equal value as a human being.

With that said... What this country needs is an HONEST discussion about race relations. Top to bottom. No holds barred. Not this "politically correct" crap we always get. We need a discussion that based on facts and reality, not emotion, fear and preconceptions. We need a discussion that seeks to actually STOP racism, instead of just flipping it around as some kind of retribution. We need answers that will bring us together, instead of segregating us further.

As someone that lives in St. Louis (and fears taking his family downtown because of constant riots and protesting), I'm simply tired of generic and ambiguous comments like this. Be specific. If there is racial inequality in the criminal justice system, then prove it and let's fight it together. I'm tired of every problem being blamed on "white privilege" and "systemic racism" or some other nonsensical term. If a heroin dealer ends up in a high-speed chase with the police, he's putting himself in the position to be killed by law enforcement. End of story. It's not racial inequality. It's a criminal who is asking for it.

    Another great post. Well-written.

  3. This crap can wait until the off season when there plenty of time for people to cry that they were mistreated. Can the babies wait until after mid February can we just focus on football. .

"Mommy, those bad men treated me bad and called me names. It's not fair! Lets protest."

    So. Ignorant. Ugh.

  4. SOLIDARITY: Kaepernick tweets support to ESPN anchor Jemele Harris, fumbles GLORIOUSLY

As Twitchy readers know, Jemele Hill made some ugly, disparaging comments about the president and Kid Rock being white supremacists on Twitter. And even with much public outrage, ESPN only went so far as to apologize for her comments and claim they had spoken with the anchor.

Somehow that was supposed to prove they gave a damn about dealing with her repugnant behavior.

To add to the ridiculousness, Colin Kaepernick sent his support to Jemele on Twitter:

Who is "we" Colin, all see is...........

A radical unemployed quarterback who is 3-16 in last 19 starts sides with radical annoying TV host with no ratings.

    .

I don't think you know what the word "radical" means...
