What gm or coach in their right mind would hire Rex as a DC? He absolutely destroyed a great defense that the bills had when he came here. I would even argue the bills 2014 defense was better than the bills defense this year

Yes. I was in the same boat as many. I thought he was losman 2.0. I saw some pre draft interviews with him and thought he even had some of that cockiness that losman had. Now that we've gone through a full season though, I realize his cockiness or lack thereof is just leadership. I'm super excited for his future here. I have no doubt he'll work hard to improve this off season. I'm not 100% convinced he's our next franchise qb yet, but I'm really close.

I like this play by allen/McDermott. I believe they took a page out of the brady/Belichick book and good for them. However I did hate the trying to draw the defense Offside thing where Allen would do the snap count 3 times and then snap the ball. I feel like they did this every single week and it didn't work once

Cowher has been high on the bills since 2010 when he recommended we hire Gailey as head coach. I believe the bills approached him to be the coach himself but he declined. Wonder if there's a small part of him that wishes he took the job

I know this will probably get lost in the shuffle with all the news of coaches being fired today, but who's everyone rooting for? Me personally I'm rooting for the Colts. My brother and sister in law live in indy and are Colts fans, and also I love Reich as a head coach and former Bill. After that I'm rooting for whoever is playing the Patriots. Although, a very small part of me would love to see the Patriots get back to the superbowl and lose again, or on the flip side have the Patriots win and Brady retire

When we drafted Allen, I thought he was losman 2.0. He definetly has losman traits with his big arm, but I think he'll be so much better after watching him this year. Plus I think Allen will benefit from our current coaching staff vs losmans coaches at the time
