  1. Sure love the defense so far.
  2. Sal M is on the Bob Matthews show show, and he agrees that this is a terrible WR corp. They have no one to throw the ball deep to. I trust Sal M over a few in here. Sure didn't in 2015 with a more healthy Watkins, did it? In fact he may have had the nicest deep ball in the NFL in 2015.
  3. I find it funny how your posts have zero substance to them. I see no one saying TT had a good game. He had a bad game.
  4. If they somehow get Darnold, I'd start him right away.
  5. It's not better than 2016 either. at least Goodwin was a burner when Watkins was out. He caught a couple of deep balls too. Taylor is not afraid of the deep ball. I doubt it. The starter isn't on this roster. well, as long as your fair about it.
  6. He was? Funny how I remember him in that second Miami game where he had a very nice game. caught a nice deep TD too.
  7. Matthews is not better than Watkins talent wise. Watkins did play in 37 games I believe. How about the 2015 Watkins with TT-you neglected to include that. I know why.
  8. "other ones". did you take the time to post in those too, the same comment?
  9. Who ever said that? How could that be when Watkins is gone.
  10. Yep. Running and his deep ball are his strengths. Work with a players strengths till better is found. I've said that all along. That isn't happening this year. And the talent on this offense is the worst it has been in years.
  11. I wish I was on this board when he was throwing all those bombs to Watkins. Would have been laughable to see your response to that. And you never answered-who replaced Watkins? What? he touches the ball the most and doesn't turn the ball over. Hold him to the highest of standards in that catagory, because that is one he aces. You have no logic.
  12. Well it's not happening. QB touches the ball on every play. No common sense here.
  13. No deep threat, a solid second starting as a one, a rookie, kick returners-I guess the other 31 teams would gladly take that group over what they have. maybe Matt Ryan would like to do an even up trade-his group for ours. how could I be so stupid thinking we had a bad corp here. Who replaced Watkins? Terrible depth behind McCoy. but that is another story.
  14. Now turnovers don't matter. good to know.
  15. I see the agenda never stops with you. I have said, and Bob continues to say that TT is an average at best starting QB, solid backup. With a solid defense the last two seasons, the Bills would have made the playoffs, using offense that TT can run well. That offense both years resulted in a lot of points. That is what you do till better comes along. You don't root for/set up a player to fail.
  16. Yeah, why play to your players strengths. The regime has made this offense worse than it was the last two years.
  17. This is a bottom five WR corp. No deep threat.
  18. Really? I think even his haters will admit his deep ball is very good. Him and Watkins were very dangerous the second half of 2015.
  19. Comparing an average at best QB to the GOAT is pretty weak. I see deep threats on every good team in the NFL. Hogan is a deep threat, by the way. we should have kept him. And Brady never has had a WR corp as weak as ours is right now. Hopefully Jones , a rookie, will learn and get better.
  20. They took away what he does best-the deep ball. There is no deep threat left on this roster. Bottom five WR corp.
  21. No matter what anyone thinks of him as a player, not fair to him. Maybe they should trade him and McCoy before the deadline.
  22. http://wham1180.iheart.com/featured/bob-matthews-column/content/2017-09-18-matthews-blame-tyrod-if-you-must/ "Taylor is the convenient player to blame. I don’t think that’s fair. Tyrod isn’t good enough to lift an average team into the playoffs. But I don’t think he is the worst problem the Bills have throwing the football. Buffalo’s current group of five wide receivers – including two who primarily return kicks – is among the worst in the NFL (I’m trying to be kind). Critics were crying for Taylor to throw deep against Carolina. Throw deep to who? Sammy Watkins, or Robert Woods, or Chris Hogan, or Marquise Goodwin? They’re all gone. I suppose Taylor is on thin ice now. Everybody loves the backup quarterback. Maybe rookie Nathan Peterman could save the day. Hit the deep ball. Spread the field. Open up space for McCoy to run. I doubt it. What do you think? Are you eager to find out?"
  23. The Bills have one of the worst WR corps in the NFL.
  24. The Bills have a bottom five WR group. No deep threat. They took away what he does best-deep throws to Watkins.
  25. Knowing that this is the Bills, you're probably right.
