"He has to become quicker mentally to develop into a quality NFL quarterback."
Sure, that's happened, ever.
It went so well with EJ though.

Time to make myself hopeful.
It's a stretch to call that pressure in his face and at his feet.

Recent history has shown that WRs tend to be overvalued by fans, and not so much by winning teams. Seahawks best WR is a 5th Round player, Pats didn't win it all with Cooks hence the trade, Watkins has done squat, Odell is great but he doesn't move the needle toward wins, Mike Evans has been a beast and the team can't even be taken seriously in their own division which is weak outside of the Saints.
WR position has become the equivalent of the RB position 5 years ago....find a value guy, and you'll succeed. Thielen, Kupp, Antonio Brown, Keenan Allen...yes there is Julio and AJ Green, but they are the exception. Bills have some depth and can and will probably Draft another decent WR....all good.
Almost everything in this post is wrong.

The perennial under-achieving superstar. It's tough to admit for some, but the Bills are a much better team without Sammy Watkins.
Oof.

i saw these a couple of weeks ago. i just assumed there was more context than what was going on in the video. i mean...if it's that blatant, how could it possibly occur/continue.
It has been pretty blatant all year.

The redskins also struggle to catch the ball and aren't a very good coached team. I get your point of view, but I also don't think the Redskins are all that great of a team overall nor are coached well. So, I am in the camp that its not really fair to hang the record only on his shoulders. I mean Brees, Rivers, Stafford, Ryan, Luck, etc also don't have great records other over the last 5 years overall. It wasn't all their faults either. Brees is clearly a superior QB to Cousins and the rest of the list, and this is the first time he has been in playoffs in 6 years. Cousins is not that far off and comparable to all those other guys though, and they all have few playoff appearances among them and win less than they should.
Everyone is always fixated on pinning the W/L record mostly on the QB, but its not even close to accurate.
All fair points, especially pinning the win/loss record on him.

I would open the vault for Cousins personally, and I originally wasn't a fan. But its pretty easy to think that we still win the 9 games we did this year had Cousins been the QB and also win the Carolina, Cincy, and Charger games.
Kirk Cousins hasn't broken 9 wins with equally talented teams. The Redskins have also hovered around the Bills points per game the last three years. 2015 the Bills finished 12th in points per game, while the Redskins finished 10th. 2016 the Bills 10th, and the Redskins 12th. 2017 was the biggest gap, the Redskins finished 16th while the Bills finished 22th.
Cousins might put up pretty numbers, but the Redskins have struggled to win games with him.

Why are Bills fans so quick to get rid of Glenn? Move Dawkins over to RT, then you only have to worry about RG.

I blame Tyrod.

This just in, Dennison is still an awful offensive coordinator.

Offensive line still bad.

Not necessarily, but what difference does pass protection make if Tyrod wont throw the ball down the field?
It will when they put in a perfect west coast QB for their west coast offense. Go back and watch the Chargers game, Peterman didn't stand a chance because of how poor the right side of the line is. Accept it or not, but Tyrod's ability to evade incoming pressure has taken pressure off the offensive line.
Is anybody comfortable putting a rookie like Sam Darnold, Josh Rosen, or please god no Josh Allen behind this line?

Adequate compared to other holes in the team. Blocked for a 1000+ yard rusher.
That doesn't necessarily excuse how bad Ducasse and Mills are in pass protection.

Hauschka is 7 - 8 on 50 yard FGs, the Bills are 2 - 13 on Fourth Downs this season, FWIW.
What is the success rate on fourth and only one yard? Seems pretty convenient that you're only talking about fourth down attempts at all distances.

Oh McDermott...

I miss Nate Hackett.

Seeing Lee Smith on the field during a two minute deciding drive is a dream come true.

Actually I have, as I usually have the Bills & Jets games on at the same time. But carry on.
Then please tell me, what has Josh McCown done better this year than Tyrod?
-
After the stinker in Buffalo, McCown has played better than Tyrod.
Good to know you've watched enough Josh McCown this season to truly compare the two. Oh wait, you just looked at useless numbers.
4th through 7th round of draft is not for filling needs
