Allen was a better pick for the Bills then Jackson would have been.  And IMO 5 years from now the this will be considered conventional knowledge.  The Bills were not going to hire Roman at OC and were not going to build an offense to fit Jackson's strengths.

This isn't putting the Bills' coaching staff in a positive light.  If McDermott can't hire an OC who can build around Mahomes or Jackson, then he isn't a good head coach.

Just point out whom you believe to be what you claim. If the team were as bad off as you would like to make it seem then we wouldn't be 7-3 no matter who we played.

Not sure you recognize how weak the Bills' schedule is.  A combined 15-55 against the teams they've beaten, a third of those wins are from the 5-5 Titans.  They have beaten the bottom of the barrel, maybe they prove more in future games though.

Give Crossman and Castillo some talent to work with and then get back to me,Talbot.

    The gunners left their lanes..

Castillo had talent last year, the o-line was significantly worse than the previous year with the same players.  This is also ignoring the multiple bad years he had on the Ravens.

Crossman has had plenty of time with plenty of players over multiple seasons.  You realize he's been here since Doug Marrone, right?

In the context of the Bills or a club that needs a rebuild that's a relatively reasonable timeframe. Yea if your team is in a retooling mode dumping a coach after two years can be possible and make sense. But if the freakin Browns could give Hue two and half years during their rebuild McD should get 3 minimum.

Teams shouldn't ever hire coaches who plan on doing a full rebuild.  It doesn't work.

Truth is, KB is already a tight end, but we keep sending him out wide and treating him like a wide receiver.

He would be a horrible tight end.  He doesn't play his size, he would be a horrible inline blocker, and a position change wouldn't fix his trash attitude.

He's just proof that a "process guy" translates to "we drafted him."
