Based on his production the last few years, he’s been extremely underpaid. Considering we have plenty of cap space ( probably won’t even spend half of it), I’d give him 6+ mil for next year based on appreciation alone. He’s earned his damn check.

I’m gonna trust the process for a few more years, however, 4 passing TD’s in 7 games is damn near unacceptable... this is professional football. I understand we’re not very talented on offense, but if Daboll can’t put together a few decent offensive performances (with Josh Allen at QB) the remainder of the season, his seat will be on fire.

Beane probably isn’t trading high picks for players during this stage of the rebuild. I’d assume we’d only move picks in round 3 and after if a deal makes sense.

Schmidt was having a hard time punting it 40 yards this preseason. We need a guy who can flip the field, not a guy who can’t get it past midfield.

Donald is the most dominant defensive force in this league. Regardless of his position, he deserves that contract. At the rate he’s going, he’ll be in the conversation for top-5 all time best defenders in history when his career is over.

Star looks average, totally not worth 10mil per, IMO.
Trent Murphy is made of glass.
A.J. McCarron is a waste of 5mil as the 3rd QB.
Vontae Davis is washed.
In total you’re looking at over 20mil on the cap this year between those four... Of course this is all knee-jerk thoughts based on pre-season, but I honestly wish we had a mulligan on how we spent our money this offseason.

I would love to steal the Jets special teams coach away... not sure if he’s locked into a contract. Get an upgrade at OL coach as well.
