There is so much research on this stuff I think you are crazy if you don't believe it. But whether you believe it or not you have to respect that the players see it as a real issue and they want to drive change. I just think it is crazy a simple video like this gets people up in arms.

I'll be honest. I haven't watched it. and I won't. Good on them as teammates and as brothers. But if there is as much research as you claim, why does it only come around every election cycle? It's 1000% hogwash. I've been beaten for having my skin color in the past. No other reason. wrong street, wrong time of day. It is NOT systemic. It's pathetic, brainwashed, self entitled brats who think their ancestors were done wrong and see an opportunity. well, get in line. Every culture has been done wrong by another throughout history. No where in the world do POC have it better than today in the USA. Therefore, it's a myth. it's indoctrination. And only serves the masters that the false flag happens to benefit at any given time. And until THAT fact is accepted, it will never get better for anyone in this entire world.  THAT'S fact

The most recent poll I found is from NPR showing 53% support to 34% oppose and 9% don't know/don't care. That is a decline but still a clear majority. My larger point is that people conflate the organization with the movement. I doubt most Americans even know there is an organization with that name. What it really comes down to is that most Americans believe there is still racial inequality in America. Trying to dismiss BLM as "marxist" is just nonsense. 53% of Americans are not marxists.

nor are they racist. there is NO systemic racism OR systemic police brutality in this nation, and certainly not directed towards one group of people compared to all the others. My point is this- does bad ***** happen? yup

does it happen to all peoples? yup

And for all these enormously wealthy companies, and leagues, to force a rhetoric down the nation's throat is wrong. I will stand for ALL my neighbors if they are innocent. But if you tell me all flying kangaroos need to be eliminated because 3% of them eat pink zebras and its an outrage...I'm calling that nonsense out.

*disclaimer....no offense intended towards the decent flying kangaroos or pink zebras out there. BLM I do not believe to be marxist...Antifa, yes

Count me in this group. I did not know there was a BLM organization until recently. Somewhere between 63% and 67% of Americans support BLM depending on which poll you look at and I would wager the large majority of that group are not talking about that organization that happens to use that name.

You are speaking of June's polls. look again as of end of August. Support nationally has gone down from 61% to 48%. Kinda funny how that happens when BLM "protests" murder innocent black men and burn down innocent black owned businesses. That right there is enough for many to #walkaway

Funny how they never mention that.

they never will. It don't fit their narrative and they have no social justice talking points to back up their BS. If you're gonna call out bs, call it out on both sides and discuss it so we can move forward. instead of assuming to know the hearts of 200+ million Americans

Doesn't matter. The point is law enforcement can limit access. This is not some don't-tread-on-me moment. It's a tantrum.

it's only a tantrum to those who have a different take on the situation other than the current "movement". this whole year and the bs it has brought, gives me plenty of movements.  that said, I'm all for law and order

And I'm sure they aren't going to arrest or charge you if you are just walking down the street to get from point A to point B. They might tell you the road is closed and to keep moving as long as your not stopping to drink in public.

again, it's got nothing to do with a minor charge of drinking in public. get past that

When it's private property and they have warned people that they are not permitted on them it doesn't matter what other places are doing. Some places have decided not to take this seriously and some have taken it seriously that they can allow lesser restrictions. It's sad that it comes down to this because some people feel the rules only apply when they like them

I couldnt  imagine living such a sad life as an alcoholic that not being able to stand in a parking lot drinking heavily on a Sunday morning while people throw themselves through tables before a sporting event I can watch on tv would get me so upset I would be willing to risk being arrested or fined so I could be there.

regardless of alcohol, private property owners have a legal right to have company in conformity to NY state  public gathering laws. since when is it ok to shut down Abott Rd? I mean, Pennsylvania Avenue hasn't shut down despite burning, looting, and murder.it's authoritarian. but as most people know, it's rules for thee, but not for me. and to think it's "ok" because most Americans are too stoopid to realize what's righteous and just, and in the nation's best interest, is ignorant and exactly the intolerance we ALL hope to overcome

Look, I’m NOT for anyone showing up and creating unnecessary difficulties, but, hypothetically, if someone DID show up....security might be lighter than usual.....and you just might be able to sneak in and get near wherever that train horn originates from.....and possible permanently disable that ******, there just might be some free beverages in it for you down the road. Hypothetically, of course..... You could possibly drink free for the rest of your life, hypothetically.......  🤷‍♂️

    very valid point lol

I heard they are going to get that couple from St Louis to guard the stadium with their guns.  Keep yer distance rebels.

they had every right under the law to act the way they did. I won't be violating any laws so I'm pleased to accept their brand of justice. I'm no rebel. I'm the vast majority of law abiding citizens protected by the constitution of the United States of America.
