Curtis Samuel is going to be the Z unless they make a trade yes thats a step down from Diggs but I believe that Coleman is a large upgrade from Davis and obviously Shakir and Kincaid will become more of a focus for the offense. They have 3 very early picks next year to fill a WR spot if they aren't satisfied with their corps next year. I know thats not what everyone wants to hear but its the truth.

And sometimes, the truth hurts. Or, you want the truth? You can't handle the truth!

I have to wonder if teams are flat-out refusing to trade with us, in order to prevent Beane from doing what he would prefer to do. He mentioned trying to trade up for Bishop, multiple times in his presser last night...

Maybe what all these soon-to-spam-WGR whiner liners DON'T know is that Beane HAS been trying. Believe it or not, this ain't Madden: You can't just force trades, and none of us here have a clue what Beane is thinking or trying to do.

    Chew on that.

I think you mean suck on that.

was this today?  I’m going to go back and listen

No I think it was last Thursday or Friday. It was just him, no bullfrog. It was the day after it was announced his which was weird because I then read he died a couple of weeks ago. Why that info was delayed is weird for whatever reason. Schopp actually sounded like he cared.

  4. I was actually impressed with Schopp the dope talking about Chuck and the memories he had. Talk about polar opposites.

I loved listening to Chuck on the radio. Porky Parker was an easy mark. He stunk. Did he have some misdeeds? Sure. But he was entertaining as hell in drive time. RIP Chuck. Who loves ya baby!

This is not true. Clydesdales. Or lack thereof and then back again.

I think you mean precedent, but I do understand your point - It would be a big change.

I agree, which is why I want a retractable roof.

This would have enabled us to still have the crisp fall weather, the smell of the tailgates wafting in, etc. The only time the roof would need to be closed is in times of inclement weather.

Keep in mind, the players practice in a dome when there is inclement weather. The field house has a roof.

3-500 million for a retractable roof to be opened 3-4 times a year. Sounds like a smart investment.

I’m dying to find out how you expect them to support a glass roof spanning an entire football field.

Like a circus tent. Poles on the field at say the 20 on each side and the 50 should be fine.

Would the new stadium have prevented this game from getting postponed?

Uh, no. And neither would a dome.

Why the hell are we still talking about a dome here? Jesus says, open air is how football was intended to be played. You will be protected in the new stadium as best you can be thanks to modern engineering. But it will still be an open air stadium. As it should be. Thank You.

If the call on Morse for holding is correct then there should be 20 times more holding calls than there are. That was a terrible call based on every game I've seen over the past few years. It also basically prevented a scoring drive which would have put the game away.

    Sounds Kansas City Esque.

    Oh my gosh.
    🤦‍♂️

But you gotta say it like hike him. AND THE COOK, IS  IN THE KITCHEN!!!

Just God Awful announcing. Beyond cringy. Maybe it's a bias I have against him because I always appreciate an elevated call when the moment calls for it. He just seems awful every call to me.

He did “ride ‘em cowboy” twice.  Kinda goofy.

I will say he has improved.  Has stopped pressing so hard to make memorable calls.

Not according to highlight calls I'll here on GR on Monday. Turn the volume down time.
