    It also is seeming like we have already entered phase 2 of the tampering period. Though I think the WR market is also held up by the QB market, which wont get solved until Wednesday when teams can actually talk to Lamars Camp.

    THat is the rumor. I would not put much stock into it. But that has replaced the earlier rumor that Bills were working with Bucs to get Shaq Mason (which died off after McGovern signing)
