The guys you're thinking of are all best suited to the slot.  Samuel can play on the outside, though he's probably a better fit inside.  What Buffalo lacks is a true X receiver with speed.

Coleman did time a 4.52 at his proday and that would be right in line with that X with Speed to be honest.  Also his Michigan St tape shows that speed much better than his FSU tape

Yes thanks!! It took a while to load on my phone and didn’t wait long enough - appreciate it!!

I think gore, bills (guard) and the punter all have a chance. Gore could stick with an injury or could be Ps at least and bills nd the punter can make the team outright. I had 6th/ 7th round picks on all of them

If Gore can show he is close to Ty Johnson he makes the team. The difference between Ty and Gore is 350K in cap. That is going to be important at the end of summer when getting under cap.  That is key for a RB3.

    FWIW, Stevie Johnson LOVES Hamler.

I do as well.  The talent is there, the injuries hurt.  However I think this is a name that makes the Roster at the end of Camp if he truly has transitioned his body over like many have talked about all offseason.

  4. There is going to be a fun battle to see who emerges.  There are 3 locks max with Coleman, Shakir and Samuel.

I think from there on out it is a battel for the rest, that group consists of (At this point):

    Mack Hollins

    KJ Hamler

    Andy Isabella

    Justin Shorter

    Tyrell Shavers

    Bryan Thompson

    Quintez Cephus

    Xavier Johnson Jr (UDFA)

    Lawrence Keys (UDFA)

    Appreciate the insight Bobby. 👍

It was a joke referencing the gambling though. 🤣

Tracking.  I do like the 96.5PFF Grade in college on passes over 20 yards in 2019, but that was 5 years ago in NFL, 2 years of IR and a year on bench for the gambling (though I did read he was working hard on his craft (unsure if that is gambling or playing WR) during the suspension.

So this has to tell us that the Bills viewed Cephus as a better low cost investment than a Day 3 WR?

Beane clearly had this in the works yesterday and mentioned it in his press conference.

    I just don’t get it.

After Coleman, Samuel & Shakir, we have JAG’s battling it out for 4-6.

But you can say that just about any other WR room too though.

the WR room is going to be in transition to the new offense and is being built as such. But with the tight cap it will likely be a multi year Reshape of the WR room.

    Translation available?

Sure a group of fans are going to fall in love with Cephus. Just like Shorter. And they will likely be arguing all camp on which one makes the team.

  7. Bills 75 on Roster

    UDFA signing 10

85 players total for camp (91 IPP exemption)

    6 open Roster Spots.

5 tryouts if all signed would leave 1 open Roster spots. (We are probably close to done at this point as Beane loves leaving 1-2 slots open). More signing likely mean less chance for the Tryouts to make it coming out of camp tryout.

tweet below is missing LB – David Ugwoegbu, Oklahoma (I have tweets showing he signed)

If MHJ drops to 6, Giants won't trade the pick

I know and even if they did what I gave up to get into the 6th spot and got additional picks this year would never happen either, that is the issue I think with alot of these MOCK sites is they do not play the trades realistically
