You said the timing was curious because she had court, which isn’t true. Her lawyer got it delayed. If you want to speculate it makes more sense that McCoy lost his patience and got involved with something stupid.

He went from wanting to marry her and giving her a “significant” gift to calling his family/friends and having them remove the furniture from the house when she went to a wedding. It’s bizzare but i think it’s far fetched to think he was welcome to go back into that house. Another thing being conviently left out is that they were due to go to court today but it got delayed because of her lawyer filing a delay and the judge pushing the case back 30 more days. I’m sure McCoy was stoked when he found out she was going to be at his place atleast another month!

If your point is that they were both falsely accused we all understand that. You have repeated it multiple times. No one here is saying McCoy is guilty except the accusers. With that being said, the first detail that comes out in favor of Shady will be the first one. When this story first broke I dismissed it as fake, now it’s not looking so good. I mentioned the assailants demanding certain possessions because that would be the first sign that Shady COULD have been involved, sounds like they did.

Give me one high profile NFL incident that made sense to any rational thinking human being?

Update the police believe the ex GF was “specifically targeted” by a lone intruder who demanded specific items. Also sounds like she was with another gf that night. As I said above that is something that wouldn’t be good for a “random” event and proving McCoy’s innocence.

From what I read the power was turned off shortly after he left for OTAs, that’s a month and a half ago. I doubt they lived there without power for that long. Keep in mind it’s also being reported he gave her a “significant” gift a few days before leaving and they were talking marriage. This entire thing is a mess and involves two irresponsible people.

If she has the ability to monitor the cameras remotely and stop Shady’s family and friends from removing the furniture it’s a safe bet that Shady also had that ability. I don’t have a tech savvy home but I think most that can be sent to your cell phone now a days.

That is probably why their is a disconnect in the story, she can say Shady is responsible but they need evidence. 3 houses on a block? Sounds like a well to do neighborhood. I wonder what the crime rate there is, was anything taken from the house? Was it the significant gift that was given to her right before he left for OTAs? All those little things could add up to something I suppose. I think Shady is a rock but I doubt he would have incriminated himself through text or calls. This could take some time to play out because the accused wasn’t directly responsible if at all.

The more that comes out the less likely it is that “nothing” happened and it’s just a matter if Shady was involved or not.

Well what is true is that the emergency call is now up on TMZ and it is indeed to McCoy’s house where she was staying.

Ehhh, solid point but with the way media outlets operate now a days I can appreciate the one who is investigating the incident instead of just regurgitating what folks say on the tweet machine.
