No matter what the reasoning, it needs to change. And I have no reason to believe it will

You're probably right.  I can't wait to watch McDermott roll his nickle defense out next week to try to stop Cleveland's run game.  This coaching doesn't feel the need to adjust their approach from opponent to opponent.

Why didn’t  our head coach take a time out during Overtime to talk it over with Josh and the the OC, when we were down towards the goal line.

Why was he saving it? It’s not like we were going back on defense.

You're right.  A lot of the red zone issues come from poor situational awareness and that can be addressed with better communication.  It also begins in practice and film sessions and carries into game day on the field.  This worked better the last couple of seasons.  It needs to be fixed starting at the top.

We’ll I can’t speak on that side of it, but I can see with my own eyes over the last few years there’s no enough balance. That bothered me with Dabol too. Until this team can run the ball effectively with someone of there then  Josh, physical teams are always going to give us fits.

The team can run effectively.  They just don't call running plays enough.  The play calls, audibles, checks, all favor the passing game.  This needs to change, but the change has to begin with the coaching staff.

I don't think the coaching was good today. ESPECIALLY Dorsey.

But Josh Allen has turned it over another 3 times. He cannot keep killing us like this. He is biggest reason for the last two defeat.

    Not good enough. All around.

Allen has been playing like that the last few games, but you don't fix that during the game.  You fix it during the week during practice and film study.  Allen isn't right, but how's the coaching staff addressing this?

Turnovers are a symptom.  The coaching staff should be diagnosing the cause and working to fix it during the week.

I wonder if most bills fans would be happy being 8-3 which is 100% gonna happen

I think Bills fans want two home games in the playoffs.  That is beginning to look less and less likely.

Seems like they think he’s capable of doing anything he wants and getting away with it. Even those great runs in overtime, he was carrying that ball like a loaf of bread. Ball security is everything at the end of games.

During his last two seasons under Daboll, Allen had the lowest number of red zone turnovers in the league.

Under Dorsey, he's been terrible.  It's been a problem for weeks, why isn't the coaching staff addressing it?  Sit him down and fix the problems like Daboll did.

Don't even start with this... I don't want to hear blame on Frazier, Dorsey, McDermott, Gabe, Knox, Edmunds, etc etc etc... you know, all the usual shifting of blame.

We had every opportunity to win it, and at each turn, Josh made costly mistakes. That simple, regardless of ANYTHING else.

We're lucky the Packers were so bad, otherwise it'd be a 3 game losing skid, all with multiple INT games from Allen.

Allen doesn't play this game, the Bills lose by 30.  There was nothing in that gameplan, offensive or defensive, that would have beaten the Vikings without Allen's heroics.

That throw was unforgivable and Josh is trying to do too much. Just take what the defense is giving you. These offensive coaches have to protect this guy from low percentage throws. The idea is to protect the FG when you’re on the 20 with makeable  throws and QB runs. Two weeks, 4 red zone picks. Very concerning, especially with our inept secondary.

Daboll did a great job working with Allen on this between his 2nd and 3rd seasons.  Not sure what the hell the coaching staff has been doing the last few weeks to help him, but my guess is nothing.

That’s all well and good and I’ll hope the bad weather challenges him, especially when we see them again.

But I can’t pretend he isn’t playing great for them so far this season. It’s as if we all just want to ignore what he’s done so far.

He's played well against the Ravens and the Lions, basically 4 quarters.  Other than that, he's beatable.  He's not Mahommes or Allen, or even Hebert.  He's closer to Mac Jones with much better receivers.

Teams that can move him off his mark will stop him, as well as teams that force him to throw outside the numbers.  And his arm strength will he tested in inclement weather.

The Dolphins will probably make the playoffs, but their ceiling is division round loser.

That weak arm is doing everything it’s being asked to do so far this season. Weak arm or not, Tua is getting the ball to the right people, on time, and is consistently moving the ball downfield.

He still has games in weather and games against heavy pass rush teams.  The Dolphins will most likely play on the road if they make the playoffs and that means games in January.

Yeah, I have no concerns that Josh is suddenly regressing.

He was late and threw across his body on the first one.

And the second one he said he wanted to spike the ball and just didn't get it there.

What I think the Bills need to work on is getting Gabe involved in every game, smoothing out his up and down performances. If he's not catching deep, are there other ways he can contribute, drag routes across the field and sideline out routes? Not sure on the specifics, but it was clear to me as that game went along in the second half that Gabe could have given the offense a spark.

Allen regressing? Seriously?  Josh Allen has gone to the next level this season in terms of his deep throws.  He is practically god-mode when pressured.  His reads have been spectacular.

He made a couple of bad throws while up 17 points in a game coming off a bye against a desperate team who's posted 50+ wins the last 4 seasons (the Packers still have talent).

The Bills have beaten the three other AFC division leaders already this year. Allen has out-dueled the three previous league MVPs.

Despite all that, he's regressing because of two bad throws?
