Interesting point made on Good Morning Football that the Bills had the option to take a bye week after the London trip. Of course they chose not too and now have such a late bye week with injuries piling up.
Not sure it matters or not anyways but I didn’t realize the team makes that call.

I am no play call guru, but I do watch the all-22 every week and have been doing it for years. Josh taking the easy throws, and seeing the field has been something I’ve been complaining about since his first full season.
That 3rd drive where we threw the INT was about as egregious as it gets. Both the deep throw to Harty and the INT on second down had guys WIDE OPEN. Both throws were terrible decisions.
I don’t have an issue taking the deep shot personally. That lacks from our offense big time and is what I thought Harty was brought in for specifically. But clearly just another Wr who can’t even get separation.
Agree on the Int.

What happened to the team that was fun to watch? We used to have a swagger that we could match up and play with anyone..
My mind refuses to let me believe that possibly , the team I want them or think they should be, no longer exists. I probably won’t accept it until we have fallen short of making the playoffs.
But it just feels pretty hopeless this morning listening to everyone saying this is an uphill battle.
Its hard to think that this coaching staff can figure it out.
I think Diggs knew this a long time ago , it got heated with Mcd, he was sent home.

Beane says this team is still trying to figure it out what they are ? This team has no idea what they are or want to be..
Its also hard to believe the people who need to figure it out, actually can.

To me it feels like this should be the season that someone other than Kc takes the AFC.. yet here they are again at 7-2.
Its almost like Chiefs have flipped the script where their D is carrying more of the load. The offense really isn’t too scary. Fins held Kelce to 3 catches 14 yards which every other team can’t seem to do.

Still waiting on Kenny Pickett to do something meaningful.. I had to reluctantly take him in a two Qb fantasy league..

Jamar Chase, AJ Brown, C Lamb, Tyreek all upcoming . I’m good bringing in any help at this area. Right now behind Dane, Benford and Taron we have a kid who doesn’t play and Josh Norman.

This stretch of games might arguably be the toughest we have seen in years. I think it was the Athletic that said it best, we are going to find out a lot about Mcd over this stretch.

What happened with AJ? Like 4 weeks ago he was blowing everything up, in people’s faces and I can’t recall hearing about him since..

I think Mcd just plays everything safe. They want Allen to play safe.. this staff can’t get out of their comfort zone but honestly I think we play better with a bit of fast paced recklessness.

I think the pass interference call was weak from the broadcast view but from the refs point of view which we saw from the camera view behind he probably just saw the contact.

This link states Baltimore making the biggest push.
If we make a move I really think it will be a different direction than running back. Or we stand pat. But wouldn’t surprise me if some afc competitors look to get better.

So what is changing from Allen’s performance vs the Raiders and Dolphins vs the basically the remainder of teams? I would say he was good not great against Washington. Were these games outlier?
Do the Jags, Pats play a more physical style in your face type of Defense?
Is it motivation? Lack of prep?
I don’t know but the contrast between the 2 games we scored a lot of points vs the last couple weekends is really strange?
Somerhing has to be going on between his ears..

I think I might be concerned if the Bills Offense doesn’t get over 20. This week the criticism has clearly been heard by the team. They have to be dialed in don’t they?
I think Peter Schrager said it best they need to put this away in a comfortable manner. Have Josh pulled early in this game for the right reasons.

Too many unknown variables right now.
Failure to make the playoffs would be a firm yes, time to make a change from me. That’s falling way short of expectations with this roster.
Another beat down in the playoffs like last season will be the moment where it’s just best for the team to go in a different direction.
Even with our injuries though I look at the AFC as very much wide open. I still think the AFC Championship is an attainable goal as no one team really looks dominant.
He is doing a great job coaching the Defense and I think we are finally seeing the dline play how he has envisioned for the past number of years. They need to figure out the Offense imo. That falls on Dorsey and maybe even Beane to make a move..
Does Beane get a pass? Mcd basically brought him in. Whiffed on a number of draft picks.. maybe not aggressive enough to put us over the top? I still wonder if one survives while one does not.

I think many here have the view that Harty Sherfield and Shakir are not being properly used by Dorsey.. or maybe it's Josh not giving them an opportunity.
I am beginning to buy in to that maybe they are just not any good.Right now I’ve seen nothing dynamic from any of them. I thought we would find ways to utilize Harty’s Speed. He was going to be a much needed
deep threat that we seem to lack.
Do any of these guys keep opposing coaches up at night?
I think Beane was hoping these signings would be sneaky good signings..but I don’t know.
I was at the Vikings game last season and watched over and over Cousins continuoisly target Jefferson. Everyone knew it was coming yet we couldn’t stop him.

Thanks God we have a Qb who has the balls and talent to make those throws in a crunch. I don’t think we can win playing safe all the time. Love it!
