How is supporting Ukraine promoting carnage?  I have no idea about the Ukrainian elections.  I'd hope they are legit, but obviously anything is possible.  Ignoring that portion, Russia invaded Ukraine, so they are promoting the carnage.  Russia has reportedly lost upwards of 350,000 soldiers.  They are simply feeding them into the grinder and hoping for results.  And for what?  I will acknowledge there is greater politics at work here, but that's very much on both sides.  Ukraine is supposed to just be conquered, or give up large chunks of their land?  Or just lay down and be slaughtered?

Russia is committing war crimes non stop.  Murdering civilians, executing POWs, raping women and children.  But yeah, Ukraine is at fault.

Pay attention to the right side of this subforums home page.

At any given time, practically every recent post is BMan, Tommy Callahan, or BillsFanNC signal boosting MAGA twitter narratives.

If it's not them, it's BillsTime or Tiberius signal boosting leftist twitter narratives.

This whole subforum is dominated by professional posters spamming radical ideas from social media.

It's literally just an extension of the perpetual outrage factory designed to keep Americans from constructively discussing anything.

  2. Hopefully they can keep AJ on the sideline for this one. He needs to be as healthy as he can get for the post season. I don't know what switch has flipped for him, but his athleticism and instincts have improved by leaps and bounds.

Cut Von loose and slide a few of his stacks over AJ's way.

Howard's still got it from time to time.

1 pm games are still my favorites for tailgating. Very easy to pace when it comes to booze.

Is it possible that DeShaun Watson is an ever bigger lockeroom cancer than we could have thought?

Apart from the fact that the entire human race cheers when his scumbag ass gets obliterated on the field?

Win or lose, after every game I check this forum with the thought of, "Wonder what someone's crying about now" and it never fails.

Bills could go win the Super Bowl 56-0. Josh could go 34 of 37 for 512 yards and 6 TDs. Diggs could have 14 receptions for 253 yards and 3 TDs and someone would be on here saying, "They really need to execute on that second and five from the first quarter! Diggs only took 19 steps in his route instead of the correct 21.3 and Josh's ball placement was precisely 0.42 centimeters off. Has to be better!!"

Some of y'all make me wanna run headlong into a brick wall with this dookie.

I try to imagine what this board would have looked like back in the glory days.  You can only assume their would be a round of mass suicides every february from 1990 to 1994.  Or at least processions of flagellants circling the Ralph.

Sure I can blame it on the Dems.  DeSantis was close early-on and then the Dems started charging Trump left and right and he shot up in the polls.

So there was no earthly way DeSantis could have anticipated any of the strategies that have kneecapped his campaign?  Not from the Dems, not from Trump, not from anybody?

Is he just a poor little victim of the big bad wolves?

  6. The dark art of gamesmanship is part of being a talented player.

Tom Brady is the biggest whiner, the biggest bitcher, and the biggest cheat who ever played, except for his coach. Nobody's ever going to take his rings or pull the banners down at Gillette. The NFL has said that loud and clear.

If Josh wants to flop in a stiff breeze, go ahead Josh.  If he wants to stiffarm Aaron Donald or truck Kyle Van Noy, go ahead Josh.

So, the consensus is that the play is unstoppable and if the Eagles are in 3rd and 1 or 4th and 1 you just concede the yard or the TD?

Not even close. The Brotherly Shove is a rugby scrum, repackaged to be NFL legal.  The big difference is rugby players can hang onto each other so they can pack more bodies and more force into small spaces.

NFL players are not allowed to "bind", like rugby players are, so the Eagles line their OL up with their shoulderpads almost touching.

It's just that NFL teams refuse to fight it using rugby principles.  Instead they trot out angled alignments, or some version of "the lowest blocker wins".  And get steamrolled over, and over, and over.

To even start beating it, the DL needs to match mass and alignment with mass and alignment...like two scrums do in Rugby.  DL have to play heads up on every OL, or squared up in every gap to even have a chance.  Otherwise, you just help create the carpet of downed players for Hurts to slide over.
