D-day wasn't really one of the most impactful events in history, although Americans have been led to believe that.

The Wehrmacht was broken and dying by June of 1944, and the complete loss of Heeresgruppemitte during Operation Bragration, just a few days after the Normandy landings, in Belarus, was FAR more impactful.

Anyway, "D-day" does not necessarily mean "allied invasion of France" or "huge important event" so much as a military designation for the date on which an event is scheduled to take place.

Who are you cribbing from? David Glantz? Robert Citino? Wikipedia?

"Parroting Russian talking points"?  LMAO!  Show me where?

You may not have meant to, but you sorta did. Peskov's statement came months before your posts that I quote.

Peskov [Dmitry Peskov, Kremlin Spokesman, in a speach inDecember of 2022] added that there had been no calls for peace or signs of willingness to “listen to Russia’s concerns” during Zelenskyy’s visit, proving that the US was intent on fighting a proxy war with Russia “to the last Ukrainian”.

I'm not sure what this has to do with your assertion that MAGA will a) have anything to do with what would happen if Russia were stupid enough to invade Poland within the next 2 years and b) why you think anyone would support not helping a fellow NATO nation.  We just got out of forever wars and have entered into another by proxy, for a non-NATO member.

Yes, just like he said that a small incursion into Russia was acceptable.

Taiwan, like Ukraine, is not a NATO member.  So it's going to be another proxy war we're expecting to fund.

The best way to avoid an expanded conflict would be to provide Ukraine what it needs to stop the Russian aggression before it expands to other countries.

In fairness, they may well have been due in part to a miscaculation by the Ukrainians. Valeriy Zaluzhniy said that he thought 150,000 Russian KIA would bring about a settlement. It didn't, the Russians just doubled down in a way Ukraine didn't anticipate.

Simply flooding Ukraine with arms at the start of the war was a non starter. Nobody anticipated them driving Russia back as far as they did.

-But-, from say the Summer of 2022 to now, we may still regret not opening up the spigot on armored vehicles. Or failing to put in place a more robust ramp-up of guided munitions and artillery ammo production.

    I'm still optimistic though.

This thread is about Ukraine.   JFC you have tds.

The deflections, whatabouts, and zero content retweets started right on cue.

We need to get this conversation off of any discussion about how/why Russia isn't winning hands down against a country it outnumbers five to one after two years of war.

We need to get the narrative back to how Zelensky is corrupt and therefore Russia deserves to win to some degree.

Reading the pats message board / reddit is just hilarious. They absolutely DO NOT approve of this move.

Most fans wanted the organization to at least do their due diligence and interview other candidates. Many question what will be different under Mayo vs. Bill... ? Its still the same defense, and Mayo isn't an offensive minded.

Some fans are even convinced that Kraft is on the verge of sending the franchise spiraling out of control.

He's not some hot shot, Shannahan worshipping quarterback guru, so he was always going to catch flak.

The proof will be in how he fills out his staff and structures the organization.

Do we have enough time to hire Bill as an asst coach for the playoffs? haha

I thought the exact same thing.

"Special Assistant to the Head Coach for Football Research" sounds about right.

Hell, tell him to mend fences with Ernie Adams, and we'll get the whole damn coven back together.
