If Spiller doesn't have a huge year, I'd be surprised if he's offered an extension.
Bryce Brown is the future.

Watkins is special. I had no qualms with how they acquired him. He's the absolute #1 player I wanted the Bills to draft.
You know I mean business when I use the word "qualms."

He's your Father's Brother's Nephew's Cousin's former roommate.

Should be a website/app for pics of people taking duck faced selfies.
With the ringleader being Lydia Dominick.

Woods, Williams, Watkins, Goodwin.........Roosevelt??
This is his time to shine. And if it isn't, then he'll be back next year for another chance to shine.

Payton Manning would agree with you after that 43-8 beatdown.
That was after his 5,500 yard 55 TD regular season right?
-

That's what the NFL desperately needs....more offense...

I hope this is a good thing.
Adding muscle isn't always a great thing for quarterbacks.

Protect the football, limit mistakes, make sure to stay healthy and get better on 3rd down.
If Manuel plays 16 games and can put together a 3,400 Yard 20TD/12Int season, I'd be happy. As long as his YPA was over 7.
He was actually pretty good at keeping the ball out of the opponents hands last year before the 4 interception game at Tampa.

If they move to Toronto, I'm done.

What is wrong with a female ref?
On a related note, how long until there is a female commentator on a major network for the NFL? All they get is sideline gigs! Could be play by play most likely, with someone like Gruden (not necessarily Gruden, but a guy with a lot of experience) on color.
I don't think we'll ever see this. And I hope that's the case. I have enough trouble with Doris Burke doing NBA games but at least women have a professional basketball league so it's tolerable.
Women can have the sidelines (even if the sideline reporter is pretty useless).

Gulden Draak if I'm in a sipping mood. In fact, most Belgian beers are great.
Otherwise, Lagunitas IPA, Ninkasi Total Domination IPA, Pliny The Elder, Fat Tug are my go to's...

Tugging at some serious heart strings there.
Who here is a good hugger?

Ugh. That would be a terrible move.

Why can't he be?
He has a LONG way to go. Touch, accuracy, pocket presence all need work. It's not his fault he was gifted one of the best teams in the NFL but he's very lucky he was.
He's an athletic freak, but as an actual quarterback, I don't see "one of the greatest ever" coming from him.
But you have a point, "why can't he be?" Is a legit question.

I was watching this game with my daughter on TV and on the 3rd and goal from the 1, we both said "DO NOT PASS". Then when Tuel Time droppped back we said "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO". Then, it happened.
But really, I don't blame Tuel Time so much or SJ or TJ or whoever. I blame Hackett Jr. I know, it was a run/pass option. But when Hackett called the play in he could have said, "just run it, don't pass." Or he could have just called some other run play. Letting your rookie in his first start against the best D in the NFL is just plain dumb as dirt. Of course if he did tell Tuel Time to NOT pass and he did anyway, then it's totally his fault.
A FG would have put us up by 10 in the 3rd and our D was roasting their O all day.
I live in PAC-12 country and saw Tuel Time play a lot at Wazoo. He stunk. He got beat out a couple of times by guys who never got close to an NFL field just as he shouldn't have.
I'm a UW Huskies season ticket holder, am always at the Apple Cup and when I can, I go down to Pullman a lot. I have to disagree with you. Tuel was usually the best player on the Wazzu offense and was even named their offensive MVP his senior season. He didn't have a lot to work with.
He definitely wasn't ready to play in an NFL game, I'll agree with that.

How many WR's do we typically keep on the active roster, 6?
SWAT
Williams
Woods
Goodwin
Easley
Elliot/Hogan
Do we still have Ramses Barden?
I doubt Barden makes the team. He's not very good.
I'd say:
Watkins
Williams
Woods
Goodwin
Hogan
Easley
Outside shot - Elliot
-
He sounds like he has bad credit.
-
I'm all for keeping both Hogan AND Elliot, and letting the likes of TJ Graham go the way of waivers....
Exactly.
I don't think Graham has a place on this team. He's pretty terrible.

I like Jaws most of the time....HOWEVER, he said Kaepernick could be one of the greatest QB's ever so yeah.

Haha. I knew someone would try to blame Stevie. He got wide open in the end zone and it's somehow his fault! Blame the guy who had 3 straight 1,000 yard seasons and not the guy who didn't start all the time at Washington State.
This board doesn't disappoint.
I don't get that thinking.
He burned his man, was absolutely wide open and some people think it was his fault? How does that make any sense at all???
-
I miss Stevie. I came to grips with the fact he was definitely not a true #1 receiver and was really the best we had out of a poor bunch, but he's still a viable weapon and is most likely a #2 on most teams.
I love his personality and I love how he embraced the city of Buffalo.
I wish him the best, but I'm happy with who we have now.

The funny thing is that if Tuel didn't throw that pick-6 and we would have scored a TD, the Manuel/Tuel debate would have been in full swing,
Because of that, people think Tuel is a bum. I personally think he played ok for an undrafted rookie who shouldn't have even taken a snap all year.

That's the worst idea I've ever heard of in my life.
