Pressures and sacks are different. Do more research on QB hurries and report back on NFL ranks.
Who cares, there is only one stat that matters... your won/loss record and ours is going in the wrong direction.

Bills will lose all tiebreaker, no silver lining and no playoffs.
At least that eliminates the chance of us being the first team to lose 5 Super Bowls. Trying hard to find a positive after the disaster of today!

Believe they had the highest pressure rate in the league heading into today’s game.Spare me all these useless stats.... #1 defense, 17 games without a 1st qtr score, etc............ The only stat that counts is your won/loss record and ours is getting worse, not better.

It won't be long until you see the gambling houses including "will an official's call determine the outcome of the game" as one of the selections in their same game parlay betting options.

Look at the bright side. At least we don't have to listen to the endless Josh Allen vs. Josh Allen comparisons from the microphone and keyboard jockeys in the media next week.

the bills have a better quarterback but the patriots have a much better team and coach. I fully expect Buffalo to miss the playoffs this year and regroup in the off season to build the offeive f line and run game. next year will be the legitimate Super Bowl run.
I'll buy the better coach part. As much as we all despise Belichick more than the plague, he is a better in-game/strategic coach than McDermott ever will be. Plus, is there any chance Beane realized his offense this year was good but not Super Bowl winning quality? Roll the dice on your SB quality defense and hope the offense may come through this year. If he truly thought this is the year, you overpay for the needed OL help at the trade deadline vs. saving picks to bolster your roster for your shot next year.

The NFL owners paid Goodell $128 million over the past 2 years. But they won't fork over the $$$ for full-time, competent officials. So much for integrity and for "good of the game".

Will I care about the outcome from this game 2 years from now? Uh, no.

I watch most sporting events with volume off. They just repeat same cliches and phrases all game. Establish the run,,,gotta execute, pressure the QB....get him in space
I remember the Jets/Dolphins game NBC broadcast a "long" time ago without using any announcers. Just the crowd noise and nothing else. They wanted to experiment with giving folks at home the in-stadium feel. For a minute I thought I was at the Ralph and almost ran in to pee in the bathroom sink at halftime.

Two can play at this game, time for Chuck Schumer to start floating anti-trust threats with the NFL brass again. He is our Senator and thus has a very large vested interest in the conversation down the road and keeping his constituents (particularly voting constituents) happy.

He's football tough. If he played in MLB that injury would probably sideline him for 2 months.

Unfortunately, this kid has had some knee issues, which when combined with having to play for Matt Patricia, have hindered his performance. Not sure the benefit would outweigh the risk.

I don't think Rodgers will approve that trade to an unhealthy O line. He can just threaten to retire and game over.
Not sure Rodgers will want to go the retirement route as it means he has to pay back almost $30M in prorated sign bonus/2021 bonus $$$. I'm sure the Jeopardy gig doesn't pay that kind of cash.

Maybe MLSE can get Bon Jovi to buy the Argos. His pal Robert Craft can loan him the money to make the purchase.

Dude has been on the trade block most of his career.
My wife says the same thing about me, but I'm still here!

Ford will help the offense, but I'd feel better if he could also help us cover tight ends and generate a pass rush.

We old timers will recall the year when the Jills had Buffalo Jack. I think it was only for one season, but it was too long ago to be certain. Poor guy took a ton of abuse from us obnoxious fans in the end zone. Different time/different attitudes, for sure.

Kind of like purchasing a sports franchise(s) and naming your spouse the President........

It was interesting to see the comment on ProFootballtalk that Seattle considered a trade of Wilson for Cleveland's #1 in 2018 with the idea of then selecting Josh Allen. Not sure how serious Seattle really was? All I know is I couldn't stomach Baker Mayfield or Josh Rosen as our QB.

Good for him, I wish I had enough cash stashed to go out and do something for fun vs. a living. On the other hand, he may regret his choice once all of the football moms come screaming at him because their kid isn't getting enough playing time with the starters!

Stafford got his fill of the "Patriot Way" with Patricia and Quinn. No way he wants to finish his career in that environment.

Not sure, but I do know he has 6 Super Bowl rings. I'd be happy with one for McDermott and team.

It is a great feeling to be having this discussion at the end of January vs. just after Halloween like we have for the last 25+ years.

How would you FIX the Bills?

Watching Ed Oliver yesterday laughing and joking on the sideline with his team down 20+ points at the time made me sick. That told me his motivation was his big fat paycheck vs. a true desire to win. Our arch nemesis, Bill Belichick would have had his a%$ on the waiver wire first thing this morning if Oliver did that on his team. Hopefully behind the scenes McDermott is reading these guys the riot act. Unfortunately, the the roster is not too deep in some key areas and he can't use the threat of a benching as a true "motivator".
