I CANNOT stand the Baker commercials, and thankfully watch most games on a delay to FF them all.

One that I do love is the AT&T one that is"just ok" with the doctor...gets a little chuckle from me everytime.  "You nervous?  Me too." and "I'll see ya in there!"

The AT&T commercial was good the first time you heard it. Now, after they have played it for the 10th time in the same game it kind of loses some of its luster. But, better that than any of the Peyton Manning Commercials.

Buffalo is cold, dead, nothing to do there, no one wants to live there, FA go there to die, lost 4 SB, Music City Forward Lateral, 1 playoff appearance in 20 years, and the Pats have won many SB while dominating the division for years. The media narrative has been built up for about 20 years now. :censored: 'm, :censored:'m all, especially now that we're building something legit.

But we do have the Chicken Wing Hall of Fame! That should put us in the spotlight...

  3. Gruden has to be counting his blessings to be out of that organization. Working with Bruce Allen and Snyder had to be the ultimate worst. What qualified coach in their right mind would want to go to work for Snyder/Allen, although the talk radio rumor mill is touting Urban Meyer as a candidate. He can reunite with his prodigy Haskins!

I understand why they cleared a roster spot: They'll either need to call up Davis Webb or may choose to call up Duke Williams. I AM confused, however, by the fact that it was McDermott that got the boot, since Nsekhe is ailing and may not play. Tackle depth is frightening right now.

It just got more frightening. McDermott is now a NY Jet.

  5. Ford Field in Detroit would fit well in Buffalo. Holds 65,000 for football and is a bit fancier than Lucas Oil in Indy. It is built with one side of the field attached to an old warehouse, which they have turned into suites for the rich folks. Really cool. Sight lines are great, fans are right on top of the field. Also, the Tigers ballpark is literally right across the street. It is a blast downtown on Sundays when both the Lions and Tigers are both playing. Adding a retractable roof would be great also, but not sure where the $$$ would come from to pay for it.
