This thread is up there with the worst threads ever.
Desperate times. So sad.
I could keep updating the ***t post thread but this is all the content you need to verify I’m right.

What if WR6 is just a better player than S2 or DE3 though?
Ask 32 GMs and you’ll hear 32 different answers about the prospect, need, and draft philosophy.
Ultimately it comes down to what you project that player to be. I don’t think there is a right answer. My preference in round 2 pick 60 was to trade up and get my center. They wanted S and got their C later.
I can’t disagree with how we approached this draft.
We were aging out. We have new holes to fill and that means you can’t just give away tons of draft capital to try to move up into the top 15 or top 10. Everything about our roster and cap situation going into this draft said we need picks. Lots of them and we have to hit on them.We don’t know answers or what we should have done until their careers play out anyway and even then you can argue - “who knows how Mahomes pans out if he doesn’t sit for Reid for a full season.”

With respect, I think you're thinking may be a bit off in several regards.
I did a post before the draft where I looked at the number of WR drafted in early rounds and where the most successful WRs were selected.
It's definitely not always "the top 2 or 3 WR taken turn out to be the best".
So yeah, you're right, out of 7 1st round WR probably only 2 or 3 will be quality NFL players, but which 2 or 3? That's why teams take shots.
And no, in terms of % of draft picks who succeed, teams don't have "as good a chance to hit" as they would on the 7th WR drafted in round 1. Statistically it's something like 25-30% success at the bottom of the 1st/top of the 2nd round, falls to more like 20% in rd 3 and by rd 5 it's more like 10-15%.
Right I agree with you - you aren’t likely to hit in rounds 5,6, or 7.
My point was simply about weighing reaching on say the WR 5 or 6 in round 1 or taking another position where the “top” 2 or 3 are still there.

If receivers are the new running backs, three wouldn’t have been selected in the top 9 picks of the draft.
Which is a mistake - only 2 or 3 of those guys are worth it. When do 4 or 5 WRs really hit in one round?
You're passing up other vital pieces chasing WR 1 that’s actually a likely bust when you can draft one in RD 3 or 4 or 5 and have as good a chance to hit as you would on WR 7 in RD 1.
If all the WRs taken in RD 1 are hits then I mean we have scouting down to a science. An exact one.
I want elite WRs to - but I value the elite QB behind an elite oline way more then elite QB with elite WR and mid oline play or worse. What good is having the WR then?

He’s done more good for the faith in 48 hours than Francis has done in 11 years.
And all the Left had to do was be normal and not care. They can’t help their anger and guilt over being liars and wrong about everything.

It's unfortunate that Trump didn't approach his role with the seriousness it deserved, especially with respect to the pandemic. He largely ignored or dismissed the intelligence reports about the virus, which was a critical misstep in the management of the health crisis.
Own it bro.
His role was what the enemy within told him to do.
Choosing to pigeon hole or rewrite the history you created that led to our current economic stagflation and social malaise is quite ….. expected from you.

America’s Fallen Cities: Buffalo
in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Posted
1. Worst run city for decades
2. Worst run county
3. Terrible government bureaucracy
4. Impossible to work with the Unions
5. No serious investment or development outside of Pegula and Roswell - because numbers 1-4. Not because of snow.
It’s a point I’ve made forever about the loss of manufacturing in the 70s. It’s no excuse for countless other cities.
