It’s largely about the rare earths. I’ve been trying my best all day to work thru the details for you that aren’t really public yet. But it appears we are trying to position ourselves to not be held hostage by China’s CURRENT dominance on REE. But that’s changing. China has a lot to lose here to, as other countries begin to enter the market.
