I'm a big supporter of the double dip for WR with this great crew coming from college. I also believe that combining the draft pick WRs (bigger, physical, speed guys) with the crew we have will have a dynamic impact on the offense. Not worried about Diggs being gone in the least if they do that. Plus, let's face it, we need to outscore teams like KC, we've tried the over investment in D strategy for McDermott and it doesn't work.
EDIT: I don't love the trading for a guy idea and then paying him. We could get 2 studs on rookie deals and go with that.

- Before the Diggs trade the consensus was we needed to draft a WR who has potential to be explosive. Now what I hear primarily is to still get a guy like that. The one guy is the key for me because we need to draft 2 not 1. I hope this is not lost on anyone when you step back and realize what this offense would be like with a couple young studs on rookie deals!

I will miss Diggs. He delivered and played with passion. Drama too but he backed it up. He's a great football player.
He's also entering year ten of his career and Beane was right to get something for him while he could.
Is there a diva WR who has won a ring? Only Andre Rison and Antonio Brown come to mind and their teams didn't exactly win because of them.
How about Terrell Owens joing those two!

Get two of the to 3 guys to go with Samuel, Shakir, Kincaid and Cook and we'll be ready to roll. No more complaining from anyone about Diggs.

Food for thought! I wonder if we could get 2 of the top 3 somehow.

We are one of the best organizations in the NFL. That's a fact based on our record (which is the bottom line), since McBeane came on board. Another fact, we have one of the 2-3 best players in the world at his peak and at the most important position. People need to chill the f out, you don't know better than these guys and it's April. They don't have to play a meaningful game for months and things will change. My god there is a mental health crisis.

I'm on board with this. Nabers would awesome to add. So would Harrison, Odunze or Thomas

Does Daboll see any value in Knox? I don’t think the Giants have a reliable TE (Waller hasn’t seemed to make an impact there).
If he did, adding him to the trade could make it a more appealing trade, pick-cost wise.
But that would help us too much lol
Interesting thought!

I think the plan is for move up to get Brian Thomas. While I'd love the top 3 WR guys, the move up is likely prohibitive for a team with other player needs as well this year.

I'm actually more excited for the season now. Getting younger, cheaper and more interesting. Instead of running it all back and hoping for a different outcome. Chiefs won this way. Kudos organization.

Unless you lived through that era, most posting here will never know; great point! Diggs not even on the same planet!
I remember when Jerry Rice was asked who the best receiver in the NFL was in the early 90s, he replied Andre Reed is 1 and i'm 1A!

So many men getting emotional here, Whitney Houston would be proud. It was time to move on and don't be surprised if we are better next year.

The guy is the best WR the Bills ever had. Thanks for this. McDermott better win this thing basically now or I don’t want to keep running this ***** back.
Andre Reed no question

If there is a way to f this up I'm sure the Jets are on it.

Or let's say Chop or Darius are there at 28...Would AZ, move up from 35 for 77 or 90?
Or would GB 41 and 88?
ATL. for 43 and 79?
Or even dropping 3 spots to SF for a late 3rd comp. pick?
Like I said in a post before, my ideal is moving up maybe 2 spots with TB for a 4th (Latu) and next years 1st to GB for 41 and 88. I'd throw back a 5th to make that happen.
We end up with 4 picks in the top 100, plus rds. 4-7 to find those hidden gems at CB/S and OL.

2WRs then BPA the rest of the way.
or a Safety? I'm beginning to think the hole there could be solved by bringing Hyde back next year.

I would hate Bowers to the Jets but if he's there for them it seems like such an obvious pick
Or the Chiefs

NO NO and NO....never ever

1. Thomas ......likely dream because we'd probably have to move above Jax
2. Legette......appreciating this guy's talents more all the time
3. Mitchell...... we need size and speed and he brings both

Curious if the Dolphins are expecting some sort of punishment for Tyreek?
His kid burned down his house, he broke a women’s leg at a charity flag football event, and now has what feels like his 13th domestic abuse/disturbance.

Geez talk about overreactions. It needed to happen, just like the horse collar. You can still tackle, just not this way. My god people it'll be okay! The game needs to be safer deal with it.

If Brian Thomas makes it to the high teens or low twenties I'd be inclined to move up for him as he's exactly what this offense needs. Otherwise, The Mitchells, Leggetts and Worthys you can trade backfrom 28 and pick up a third top 100 pick.

He should have gone to the combine and Pro Day with a plan previously discussed with Bills to run a 5.0 40 yard dash, drop every pass thrown his way, and tell the interviewers his Mother was a Ho and he's damn proud of it.
Odd mock draft
