Look for the Browns to be much improved this year. They are building a team the right way. They are putting their money into the Offensive Line. This is how you get good in a hurry. Granted, they have a lot more problems, but they definately took a huge step forward with addressing the O-Line. Just wish the Bills would take note.

I guess all these cuts and everything that we have been hearing about will be put on hold now or retracted. With a higher cap, some of these guys that were originally cut may now find a way to resign. Should be an interesting couple of days here.

Exactly what I was saying. There is a lot more to think about than the stadium. That being said, the Superbowl will most likely never be here.

Like I said, in the short term, it would be great. But all that stuff would just waste away here after the game is over. It really isn't something that you could just blow off. If we had more attractios here.......Bass Pro Shop, Waterfront development, etc.......and we made this area a bigger attraction, it might be worth it. But, that is a reach. There is a lot that would have to happen. It would be very difficult for this area to maintain all the new rennovations at a high level. That right there might be a bigger consideration than the stadium!

Well, there is a lot more that goes into it. As brought up in other posts, you are looking at more hotels, travel arrangements, etc.........there is a lot that goes into it. Now, I am not against it at all, but here is the thing.......if we were to go ahead and build all the hotels and do all that other stuff for the Superbowl, what happens to all that stuff after the Superbowl is over? I mean, this is not really a prime destination for tourists. How would we continue the funding for all those additions that a Superbowl demands? I agree, in the short term it is a huge help. But what happens after the game is over? That's the question.

If you want Buffalo to get a Superbowl you will have to build a new stadium. Probably will have to have a roof as well. But yeah, the way it works is that if you get a new stadium you can get a Superbowl if you want it. Only downside is that you have to have a roof........not Buffalo Football.

My sources tell me that there truly has been an agreement met between the Bills and Moulds. The Bills have agreed to give Moulds an appreciation dinner at McDonald's before they kick him out the door. That said, thanks for everything, Eric!

With all the cuts that have taken place and the ones that are looking, I think it may be safe to assume the Bills will be drafting 1 of the folowing: D'BRICK NGATA HUFF I suppose you could throw Williams in the mix, but I expect him to be in GB. I also expect D'BRICK to be gone as well which leaves us either Ngata or Huff. If that is the case, I like Huff at that pick. I know there is also a lot of talk about Davis lately (some by me), but with all these cuts, I just don't see it happening. Guess we'll see!

I think is is a little strange that Moulds is still here........ I mean, there have been 3 releases today, granted not completely surprising, but the 1 guy that has had his foot out the door for the longest is still here. Could there be something in the works? Doubt it, but I suppose it is possible. With that being said, I think he will be cut by tomorrow.

If you wait to cut him, you will probably not save any money on the cap in the future (you will be paying for a guy that is no longer here.....ie. Moulds). That's all....... I guess I am just frustrated. It just seems that they are all making this harder than it really is. Are you telling me that Seattle who went to the Superbowl this year.........the same team that the Bills smoked just 2 seasons ago......is that much better than the Bills? I just don't get it. It just seems that in today's NFL you can get better quickly. Instead, we have been going backwards the last 6 or 7 years. There just seems to be no progress.....

I love Flethcher.....don't get me wrong. He was out MVP last year. BUT, since we are heading nowhere next year anyways, and given the fact that he isn't getting any younger.....I just didn't know if he was even going to be with us in a couple more years when we hope to make a run..... That's all. I'm not cutting him because of his play.....just because I don't think he will be the same player in a couple years. That's all...

Yeah.....I'd rather suffer through 1 more TERRIBLE/PATHETIC year and right the ship so that in 2 years when Losman (or whoever the QB) is ready and Evans is approaching his prime that we can make a run.......
