NOODLE ARM............
-
great sack, but a little scary....he still had like 6 seconds to throw the ball. Oh well, let's go get another TD!
-
just hope they don't let this get out of hand....they have to remember that McGahee is running them over....on pace for over 160.....they won't outscore NE in a shootout.....they need to run them to death.
-
you just jinxed him......
-
and it was high!
-
NOODLE ARM STRIKES AGAIN! 6 yard pass took 5 seconds to get there...
-
You knew that was going to happen........Pats lovefest. Been happening all week. No it is just going over the top. Brushci, Brady...............YIPPEE!!
-
Holcomb has thrown at least 4 passes that should have been easy completions. He has NO arm strength. NONE. He can't throw the ball with any zip and that is why we can't get a pass completion over 20 yards. It's that simple. We need Losman's body with Holcomb's head.

Willis is not the same back he was in college. But that is OK. He has a completely different style now. He was more of a slasher and speed guy in college. But he is probably 15 pounds heavie now than in college, most of that being in additional muscle. He is more of a power back now. You have to remember that this guy is like 235. He has amazing speed for that size. Is he as fast as he was in college? NO. He used to run a 4.29 or somehting like that. He looks to be in the 4.4 range now, but that is great for a back of his size. I like the combination of size, speed and power we have now. And, remember, this O-Line we have is terrible. If we ever get some quality linemen, you will see what he can do. But for now, I will take his 4.5 ypc and punishing running style.

JP comes trotting out as the starter on Sunday. I could definately see that happening. Don't get me wrong, it really looks like Holcomb right now, but just don't be surprised to see JP. That's all........

Until the Bills realize their problem isn't the QB
sven233 replied to sven233's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
yeah, those might be contributing to the problem as well........ -
Yeah, I know the QB play has been bad, but until they realize that the real problem is coaching, they won't win. I have just one thing to say........ RUN THE BALL!!!! Here are McGahee's stats for this year: 78 Carries 375 Yards 4.8 YPC That works out to 19.5 carries per game..... 10 short of how many he should have. Enough said.

Play calling and coaching in general.....
sven233 replied to sven233's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I AM SAYING........OUR COACHES LOST THIS GAME, NOT THE PLAYERS. -
I have been patient.....very patient. I said I wasn't going to say anything until after the bye week, but well, I am pi**ed off. I AM PI**ED off. Not at Losman. Not at McGahee. Not really at the Defense either. I am pi**ed off at this inept coaching staff. The play calling was terrible today. I am not going to go into detail play by play (we would be here all day) but I just have a couple things to say. First off, McGahee was averaging about 5 ypc in the 1st quarter (and the rest of the game for that matter) but he doesn't get the ball at all in the 2nd quarter.........and the 3rd quarter, and even the 4th quarter. I don't know what he ended up with, but not giving McGahee the ball 30 times in this game was a huge error. He was running all over the team. Second........YOU DO NOT PULL LOSMAN IN THIS GAME. PERIOD. Whether you like him or not, you do not pull the guy and put in a guy that is coming off the bench cold. YOU DO NOT ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING BY DOING THIS. Third.....and this goes back to my first point. You have a 1st year starter at QB. You need to give this guy some help. They are trying to get cute with their play calling and pass the ball all over the field when McGahee is running all over them. Makes no sense. There is a lot more. I am so pi**ed off at this point. I really was trying very hard to wait to make a determination on this team and was going to accept the growing pains, but I just can't. And, this defense is very bad. They can't stop running QBs and can't get off the field on 3rd down. And, no excuse here......but the refs were terrible today as well. AND FINALLY...........I STILL DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW MCGEE DOES NOT SCORE ON THAT RETURN........It was one of the best plays I have ever seen, but at the same time, it was one of the worst plays I have ever seen. I have a lot more frustration to vent, but I can't even type anymore. GO BILLS!
-
I just don't............could be the game right there........ I know there is a 2nd half to play, but you don't blow opportunities like that and win. I can't believe that just happened.
-
Well, I am still alive, but I would like to update my predictions! HA! No way they are going 11-5 like I thought. But oh well........I hope someone stays alive for a while to keep it interesting. I might be around for a week or 2 more, then I am going to fall apart if I still am alive.

Bills 2558 Chiefs 2444

that is why i was asking....i couldn't believe that i was the only one who saw that.
-
didn't that look like a fumble to anyone but me? he turned, took 2 steps and got killed....i thought it was close to a fumble.
-
Can't wait. Looking forward to seeing some hockey again (even though it is just preseason). But I have a question.....I haven't seen anything advertised, so I assume that the game will not be on TV anywhere, right? Let me know!

Sunny's in Lockport! The best by far! Also, Village Pizza in Lewiston is good.

HARRISON IS THE DIRTIEST PLAYER EVER!

10 team draft!!!!! None of this 6 or 8 stuff........ 10 teams! and as for the defense, you get 1 pt per tackle 2 for picks and fumble recoveries the way i look at it, these guys will get more tackles that DBs will get INTs. that is why i went for the stud linebackers but i like my starters a ton......i really think i have 3 or the top 15 RBs, 2 of the top 10 WRs, the top 3 LBs in the league, and a QB that will have every opportunity to put up big #s.

Took part in a Two Bills Drive draft the other day. I really think this might be the greatest (preseason draft - on paper) I have ever put together. Let me know what you think. (NORMAL YAHOO! SCORING) STARTERS QB Kerry Collins RB Shaun Alexander RB Clinton Portis RB Kevin Jones WR Jevon Walker WR Joe Horn TE Jason Witten D Ray Lewis D Takeo Spikes D Derrick Brooks K Mike Vanderjagt BENCH QB Aaron Brooks QB Kurt Warner RB Ronnie Brown WR Jimmy Smith WR Keenan McCardell WR Davis Patten TE Jermaine Wiggins D London Fletcher D LaVar Arrington Well, that is my team. I think I did pretty good, but I'd like another opinion. Please give me some feedback! Thanks!

How could nobody ask TD why Lindell is still on this team? Seems like the most important and obvious question these days....
