Per all the bracketologists, it seems that we still have to win the A-10 tourney to get an NCAA bid. It seems to me that a 3rd place regular season and run to the final should do it, but I guess not.
I wonder where Dayton ends up this week, with 3 teams ahead of them losing Saturday.

watched it live on the Canadian feed with the surprises being genuine
the US channel (ABC??) knew the score and broadcast the game knowing the US would win
Buffalonians were lucky enough to be able to watch it live on those Canadian channels.

what is your point about the amount of posts this is a fascinating story. a woman gets accidentally hit in the coconut by the coconut of a woman who fell. only one of the women injured her coconut and the other was fine. the woman who claims she injured her coconut and claiming total memory loss since that moment is suing everyone she can. doesn't it strike you funny that if your wife was really seriously injured, whether the injury or memory was known at that time or not ,that the husband had the wherewithal to gather the names of the people who were involved in this alleged incident. whole thing seems premeditated which is why I think it stinks like a phony lawsuit to get a payday.
i now see that your only posts ever are on this thread. That strikes me funny.

Yeah, I wouldn't pay to hear him sing these days.
As noted above, he has been on the Joe Rogan podcast twice now, I believe, and he was fantastic both times.
Talking about a wide variety of topics mostly unrelated to music, including living in Tokyo so he can study martial arts.
He's intelligent and a really interesting guy, not what you might think he would be.
Also a bit crazy, but that's part of his unique brand of charm.
Did he talk about working as a paramedic not really all that long ago? I think his dad is a doctor.

It was 2012 when I saw DLR with VR and he sucked then. I can only imagine how much further he's fallen.
OTOH, I saw Sammy last summer at Artpark and it was one of the best concerts I've caught there. I kept commenting to my wife about how strong his voice and energy level were for a 72 year old...
i saw Sammy open for Boston at the Aud in 78 or 79. Never heard of him, but he stole the show!

Agreed. Especially as they got older.
Sammy still puts on a killer show, while Dave **** the bed in the last time I saw him with VH in Buffalo (he was totally not into it and really pissed me off)...
He opened for Kiss here a few weeks ago and was apparently atrocious.

I cannot believe none of you have the courage to admit it.
”Right Now” is Van Halen’s greatest song and you all know it.
I opened this thread to say that all I know is that Sammy sang their greatest song. God, do I love that - and the video.
The only other song that I love is Dance the Night Away, but not even close to Right Now................I like a bunch of other songs.
But, I've seen them twice - for free - once with Dave and I was in the front row. And, once with Sammy in a luxury box. I wanted my money back both times.

The article states that they found the woman who fell forward clunking the victims head. The woman clearly states that she does not recall anyone pushing her. The whole story is an alleged story that will be very difficult to prove negligence on any ones part.
For your 7th post, you pull up a thread that hasn't been posted on since January 20th?

In fact, a majority of journalists, based on their Twitter interactions, are somewhere to the left of Bernie Sanders.
I had a small argument with Alan Pergament on twitter a year or two ago...........He was saying his usual thing about how sportswriters, announcers, etc. shouldn't be showing any rooting interest. And, I asked him then why is it OK that journalists can show their bias all day long regarding politics on twitter? Yeah, that's OK, but if a writer shows any fan interest in a relatively meaningless game, then that's the worst ethics ever!

Mine as well go eight playoff teams and go full ###### (NHL, NBA) to further devalue the regular season. You're going to see more resting of starters at end of year for playoff teams as that 2nd seed bye is now out of play. Just love the NFL fixing something that wasn't broken for a cash grab.
Exactly.
1 hour ago, 416BillsFan said:I like this. Games will mean more in December, and we still don't cross the NBA/NHL threshold of half the teams or more making it to the post season. As for the 17th regular season game, I hope the league holds off a bit then goes right to 18. The scheduling symmetry is close to perfect as it is.
And, games will mean less in September. Baseball and football had the most meaningful regular seasons, and now they're both attempting to ruin it..................Do they not see how bad the NBA's rankings are tanking right now? Do they not know that only diehards care about the NBA now before the playoffs?

I was at a bar in Manhattan in 1987, and a friend of mine kind of mocked out this older woman standing there, smoking and drinking away, by herself (we were 25).............I asked Is she going for the Joey Heatherton look? A guy next to us said that IS Joey Heatherton...............She was 43, but looked beat. Now, that I'm 57, I think that picture up there doesn't look too bad, and this picture from 1987, isn't too bad, either. At least the legs were nice.........The face was showing signs of all the trouble with cocaine, etc. she was having at the time.

I cheated (again) Dead Men Tell No Tales
So cheating is allowed here?
I actually don't believe that that original picture is actually Johnny Depp - I cheated right at the beginning, but didn't reveal anything..............And, that is the only picture supposedly of him where he has chubby cheeks. To go from chubby cheeks to the most sunken in cheeks ever seems like a ridiculous transformation.
