I would agree with your take, for the most part. If you read my post as blaming Roberts, then you've misinterpreted it. His contribution has been on ST, not offense, and that is the trade-off I'm looking at--giving up something on ST to get more on O. However, where I'm in agreement is your point that it may be Foster where the real decision lies?
It's not a bitchfest. The issue is the Bills need a big-bodied WR, and if they want one on the 46, then they have a decision to make.
I think @Rochesterfan probably has the right take.
You won't get any pushback from me on the need for a 6'4" #1 receiver.

His numbers are among the best in the NFL. This is just a bitchfest about him not breaking one.
His instincts and judgement, knowing when to call for a FC and when to block etc.
He doesn't fumble. 80% of those returns for 9-15 yards w 3 guys bearing down on him anyone else fair catches. He's been worth every penny in my opinion. I've been saying all season how nice it is to have an all-pro return guy.

Everything was center cut. He looked composed in very challenging winds. Also, lots of TB's.

Did you not watch the game..the oline was absolutely horrible..probably their worst pass blocking game of the year
They were horrid. Absolutely unacceptable.

All I want for Christmas is a 6'4" #1 receiver...and maybe a better pass protecting tackle.

I don't mind the loss... Allens play was very concerning.
Still, we are in good shape and this team could easily win a playoff game. Progress.
Did you happen to watch the O-line play? That was concerning.

Watching the All-22, it's obvious that the way to contain him is to hit his as much as possible. Easier said than done, though.
I'm really worried about their run game. SF had no idea who was going to run the ball.
SF did have 2 starting rookie Linebackers. That probably wasn't ideal.

I haven't been this excited for a game in a long time... I'm very vulnerable emotionally.

I am excited today to here Romo talk about Josh and the offense this game, he has some of the best visions for a player / broadcaster.
Go Bills!
Agreed. He's the best in the business IMO. Looking forward to his insight.

Allen is improving. It's noticable.

You realize, of course, that Josh is on Pace to have similar passing TD numbers to Russell Wilson's first two seasons and that he's doing that with a LOT less surrounding talent?
Phillip Rivers is also a similar comp. The first two years he was the starter. Minus all the Rushing YDS and TD's obviously.

Today was probably his best game.
I don't think anyone sensible would dispute there has been progress from last year. That said, in the same way as nobody was asking to bench him last week nobody should be crowning him this week.
This was a very encouraging performance now we need to see that consistency game to game.

can we take another deep shot please. Need more than 1 per game
That one was there too. It was solid throw. Hence the PI.

That wasn't the best throw to Knox, had he caught it he might not have been able to get his feet in bounds. Josh has not looked good in the first two drives.
It hit him in both hands. It should have been caught by an NFL TE

I can't recall ever seeing that before. What an awful call by Kitchens. I love it.

New NFL Trend - Adding QB Rushing and Passing TD’s together?

Only for Lamar. If you do it for Allen, rushing TD's are viewed negatively or in a neutral light at best.
