I saw the stat about their red zone efficiency earlier and it was about scoring, not TDs.

Just looked up their efficiency for TDs only.

    71%  home

    47% away

The away number is pretty bad.

Below average on the year and not much better the last 3.

I think they'll get some yards but I don't think they'll score enough to keep up.

  2. I didn't think I could be more amped about this weekend, but here we are. I can't think about work, I don't care about what I'm eating for dinner, I don't want to do anything besides read, listen, and watch Bills football until Saturday. Usually the end of the year is depressing, even if the playoffs are in the future, there's no way they could scrap together four wins. I know how it's going to end even if I don't know exactly how.

This year though... I don't know.

Regardless of how it plays out, I freaking love this team.

Come on... I am impressed too.  So raw at first. Running around,  etc... You Gotta admit.  Someone worked on his mechanics!

That's the throw he threaded the needle with the outstretched hands of the SF back reaching in vain for the well-placed dart!

Oops.  I hope that's the proper take.  I thought they were replying to the OP.  Not the list. ???

The work he's done to improve his mechanics has been pretty amazing to watch. Last year he was better, but it didn't quite seem like the muscle memory was totally there yet and he'd get a little bit sloppy when things weren't perfect. This year, even in dirty pockets and with guys in his face, he's got much better mechanics. Even if it doesn't look like they're great, he's keeping his left arm closer to keep his body from flying open and he's keeping his shoulders square to the throw.

    Awesome pic by the way.

Honestly answering: Pass rush and takeaways.

We play a bend-but-dont-break Defense which allows opponents up the field before forcing them to punt or settle for a FG. But we dont really go out and "SHUT IT DOWN".

Lost our sack leader in FA (Phillips), but replaced those stats with Addison, hopefully. Although they play vastly different positions.

3rd in the NFL in yards per game is pretty strong. They don't bend too much.

I know what you mean, it felt like they gave up more yards than you'd like, but teams are going to move the ball at times against any defense.

  5. He's got a little kid, I get it. The idea of staying away for 5 months would be incredibly difficult, as is knowing you are potentially exposing your loved ones to a disease we don't fully understand.

My daughter is in daycare for the first time today because I have to start going back to work. Scares the crap out of me. If she ends up with some sort of life long health issues because of this, I'll never be able to forgive myself.

I can't blame these guys, if they have kids or don't, for opting out. Doesn't mean I'm not disappointed though.

I did 23 years in law enforcement.  I would not be surprised if he literally forgot he had the gun in the luggage.  I know it sounds whacked but a fair number of people store their gun in their luggage at their home.  They pack for a trip and forget the damn gun is in there.  It would not be the first time I heard this.

My wife works for TSA and the amount of times she reads about someone accidentally bringing a loaded gun to the airport is alarming.

I remember that pass to Josh Reed and had the same reaction to it.  Looked for a video of it a few years back but came up empty.  Was an amazing throw.

    2:50 mark.

After the game my friends and I got lost on the way back to the metro, then my friend's metro card got eaten by the machineat the end of the trip so he jumped the turnstile so a cop stopped us. Since he was drunk, he started getting snippy with the cop, thankfully he let us go. That was a long day.

It seemed to me that Royal did that a lot.

Leodis - he did the one you mentioned - and then did the exact same thing vs. the Pats on a another Monday night game in 2015

Yep. Against KC in 2014. We finished 9-7 and missed the playoffs but would have been 10-6 had McKelvin not set them up in scoring range with a punt return fumble.

My brain must have suppressed those memories or I was too inebriated to remember.

Robert Royal is up there cause he sucked, his inability to keep his foot in bounds for a TD that one time sealed it.

    Which one?

I liked Leodis, but that GD fumble against NE will forever piss me off.

    Which one?

    Lol, fair enough.

For Royal it was the WR pass from Evans (I think).

For Leodis it was the Monday nighter near the end of the game. Were there others?

  10. I always had a soft spot for Trent. I just started really paying attention and watching the Bills around then. My first Bills game was Bills at Washington when he dropped a beautiful pass to Josh Reed to put them in FG position to win the game. I thought we were set. I was so young and foolish.

Peters' hold out pissed me off, so he's up there.

I liked Lynch, but then he kept being a dumbass.

I really liked Dareus and thought he was going to be a stud, then he kept fu'king up.
