Who wouldn’t honestly want this guy playing with Josh? I think I’d cut Gabe for this guy

Why would you cut Davis? If Renfrow was even  interrsted in Buffalo, you could hopefully be creative financially.

That would be a stupid move, you'd be down a receiver.

I cant possibly understand what in the world Diggs could be protesting. He signed a new deal last year, hes on a top 3 offense with a top 3 QB.

Whats the angle here? He wants to be traded...to where? He wants more money...based on what?

Cut bait and sign Hopkins if this gets any uglier.

Can't cut him because it would cripple the cap and they likely wouldn't be ABLE to sign Hopkins . If Diggs wants to be an ass, see what they can do with the contract.

I think it’ll be more about Kincaid than Dorsey. Josh Allen is a veteran elite franchise QB. If he trusts Kincaid then Kincaid will get targets.

2 TE’s won’t be traditional 2 TE sets. Knox and Kincaid will be playing completely different positions. Knox is a Y and Kincaid is a F. Kincaid will be more of a slot WR.

I'm not yet convinced we see Kincaid in the slot that often. I am trying to curb my enthusiasm!

Kincaid is going to compete for targets with Shakir,  Harty,Sherforth, maybe Davis. I'm okay with adding him to the mix gradually.

Why? Who should’ve had more catches and didn’t? There’s zero basis for this argument.

Hines? Hines was a late in season addition who’s been a backup RB his entire career.

"Who should have but didn't?" is an odd question because they are gone;  Beasley,   Brown and McKenzie.

Kincaid isnt guaranteed to start, or to  necessarily replace all their targets and receptions.

I see him as a backup TE, an occasional TE 2 in some sets, but not the regular starting "slot receiver." I think Bills will move him to  r

create  mismatches but he won't play every down and his usage could vary by opponent.

Hard to predict stats but I hope he has quality production as needed.

Take a look Tell me if there is anything you would change.

    Some interesting notes

Some thought Hines would see more RB snaps this year, but CLEARLY they have Hines just as a returner with Cook having the backup.

Cook is slotted at #1 (Could this change at all?)

I think it is interesting that Kincaid is listed #2 TE. Thoughts?

They have Bates at RG, but I think It will not take long for Cyrus to win over that job.

They have Floyd in there for obvious passing downs as a WLB

Klien down the middle LB. Will this change?

And Elam is listed at the #2 CB.

Cam Lewis and Siran Neal as #4's. who is your extremely early surprise rising star and who is your definate camp dropout.

Any thoughts or changes on these positions?

Hines is listed as the #4 RB. I think he will get RB reps, especially if Harty takes over punt returns.
