I totally missed this thread. Last week we just kept going in the weekly thread until game time. I’m also distracted. My bad! So is this the game thread now?

Tre is the “cheapest rich person” lol I can see that. The man wants to save his money!

I think it comes down to, i just still don’t trust the bengals. They have a tougher schedule this year …and they do have some studs (Burrow can win games for them and …those WRs!!) but I need to see more. If ravens are healthy they have the coach and QB to win the division. Whether or not the ravens offense can finally take them to the SB is another story.

I picked ravens but I’m not convinced. Could be bengals.

All football things aside (and I do think he’s good at football)… this hit me hard because Dawson Knox seems like he was born to be a Buffalo bill and seems like the one of the best dudes you would ever meet. He bought a house in Buffalo without a long term deal. He’s one of Josh’s best friends. He’s always at the Sabres games. He has a charity that benefits WNY. I don’t know him but I feel like I do. I can’t imagine what he’s going through. It just sucks.

Not sure where to put this but diggs tweeted he other day that he was craving fried dough from a fair and gave love to minnesotas fair. Cue Buffalo, of course note - I always went to the Erie County Fair growing up. Miss that!

I saw that too, it is being lumped into all the “revenge” games - Wilson vs Seattle, Baker vs Cleveland, Deshaun vs Houston. It’s tone deaf and stupid to coin that game that way. This whole thing is a brownsy distaster headed up by the lead circus clown jimmy Haslam.

I don’t think one correlates to the other. Each team needs to do what they need to best prepare themselves for the season and there are too many variables between teams to recommend the same thing for everyone based on individual results
