Yeah, that’s well behind pace. They’re no where near where they need to be.

Even if they sold 3,000 seats per month (which is 3x their current rate) after the December number, they would still only be at 20k seats sold with nearly 40k to go.

The stadium will sell out eventually.

I am sure there was much more time spent with an individual being pitched club seats, versus time spent for regular seating pitch.  I believe the number of people passing through that experience daily, will increase a LOT now that club seating is done.

Cook is not a special player. He’s limited as an overall back, though I think his vision is elite and he is an excellent runner. Still, his pass pro sucks, he is only a fair receiver and his snaps are limited to <50% because of his limitations in the passing game and durability due to his size. Why would you make a player like that the second highest paid at his position?

    Well said!  👏🏻👏🏻

It was in the 1st post in this thread.

It said he was projected at 19.3M per year. I just rounded up to 20M.

At that number Shakir signing a 5 year deal would be around a 100M dollar deal.

No way is he worth that.

I'd give him a Gabe Davis contract at 3yrs 39M or 13 per year

I don’t know how accurate spotrac projections are, but I would be shocked if Shakir signs this off-season for that much money.

22.6 million for a 6th round zone corner is nuts. Let him go. He's a system guy.

20 million/year for a guy with 1500 yards and 7 tds in 3 years is even more nutty.

Let Shakir go he is just a JAG. In fact his replacement is already on the roster in Coleman. Let Coleman play fulltime at slot.

The 2 guys to sign are Bernard at 6.7 and Cook at around 14M.

Both would be realy good value and you don't let your 2nd best player on offense walk

Shakir is far from a JAG. If you think Coleman can provide the same production as Shakir, you aren’t watching that close.

…and who said Shakir is getting 20 per?

I could see drafting a RB this year relatively high kind of like lions did with Gibbs, even if they want to try to extend Cook. I like both Ohio state RBs, fast and can block and catch and both have a lot of experience but not too much tread on the tires bc of sharing the load for their careers.

Round 4 or 5?  Sure.  Anything earlier than that…no thanks.

I've been bitching about the strength, and conditioning of this team, for several seasons. The Bills were gassed, defensively in the fourth quarter, in a number of games. Some injuries are the result, of improper conditioning. The Bills have had more than their share of bad luck, in this regard.

Maybe I'm stating the obvious, but I see this, as a very positive change!

Enquiring minds want to know…what injuries did the Bills incur that were caused by improper conditioning?

Is someone making you come to TBD and open threads about getting the #1 seed?

    See my message to Beast.

Your speculation the day before the opener would have no more validity than making it does today.   The preseason favorite the day before regular season kickoff has gone on to win like 2 of the last 20 SB's or something.

    It's all just entertainment.

    nvm
